Available January through April 30. 30 day minimum. Beautiful 3/2 condo on 5th floor with great views of the bay and canal. This condo was just renovated in May 2022 and the master was gutted to the studs to bring it up to date and make it an oasis. New paint, baseboards, and flooring, along with new beach decor, make this a perfect vacation or winter getaway! Master has a king bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 twins that can be pushed together for a King. Front room doubles as an office and has a brand new pullout couch, and there is a 4in memory foam mattress to put on it for added comfort. The pictures do not do it justice! There is a heated pool and hot tub in the complex and 1 covered parking area, and outdoor grills by pool and each building (other open parking available). Hibiscus Pointe has private deeded access to a quiet and beautiful beach area that is within walking distance right across the main street . There is a parking area about halfway available as well for even less of a walk. In our storage unit, there are plenty of beach chairs available for your use, and there are plenty of beach towels and coolers in the front room closet. Kitchen is equipped with anything you may need to prepare a great meal, or just mix a cocktail after a long day at the beach or pool. Owners live only an hour away for any emergency and run the rental themselves.
There will be discounts for multiple months of rental to be worked out. NO CLEANING FEES! Owner LOVES to clean and will clean better than any cleaning service. Owner will also offer an additional cleaning half way if renting for 4 months (between the 2nd and 3rd month) for FREE.

Despite the hurricanes, there are several restaurants and bars open at Times Square and Margaritaville is open as well.
