Three Guests per Apartment, maximum.
Deposit of $800 due at booking and will serve as Security Deposit during Guest's stay. 1st month's rent (and 1 additional month's rent due if Guest reserves unit for multiple months) on or before contract start date. Deposit is 100% refundable (less cleaning fee) upon Guest's departure if no damage to unit.
Payment can be made by Zelle, Venmo, Direct Deposit, or Cashier's Check.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to contract start date there is a $500 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to contract start date there is a $700 cancellation fee.
