Walk in the Dune by the Ocean which sits directly in the ocean sands. Property is on an island bordered by the ocean to the east and the Indian River Lagoon on the west. Sit out on the balcony, and watch the palm trees, the sea, sailboats, para-sailing. Spot pelicans and other sea birds or spot dolphins. Our friendly community has a large heated pool, a club house and a small gym. Nearby are numerous restaurants and museums. You can also stroll the quaint downtown areas of the island north and south, Vero, Jensen Beach or Stuart. There are numerous restaurants and shops to enjoy and there are many golf courses and marinas on the area as well. You can be as active as you like or just relax on the beach or sit by the pool and enjoy. Whatever your pleasure you'e more. Whatever your pleasure you're sure to find it at North Hutchinson Island, a hidden gem. This property is not suitable for children under the age of 18. Applications must be received 30 days prior to lease date and rentals are 60 days minimum per condo association rules.

The beach, pool and restaurants/bars are close by and not crowded like some areas in Florida; a short drive to nearby restaurants/bars on the island and just a few more minutes to go over the bridge to Fort Pierce; the Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings has fresh vegetables, tasty fish dip, hot made-to-order delicious mini apple cider donuts, many artisans with lots of beautiful crafts.

This condo is equipped to the highest degree. Kitchen has everything ++, needed to prepare great meals on all new appliances. The bedrooms, all looking over the Ocean are well furnished and have sliders to a large balcony also connecting the a living area that is well appointed with large TV including Netflix etc, etc.. The storage has ample supply of anything we needed to spend a day at the beach. The owners were very very helpful and left everything that was needed to get us started on our vacation. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We would rent again.
