Only 1.2 mile to the beach... right off Rt 41. - Close to all the action.... 5th Avenue restaurants and shopping, Mercato (more restaurants and shopping), and public beach access a mile and a half away. Coastland Center mall and Publix is less than a mile and a half, Naples Zoo 2 miles, and convenience shopping on Naples Boulevard less than 10 min drive.
Master bedroom has a queen bed, large flat screen smart TV, and private bathroom with tub and shower.
Second bedroom has two twin beds.
Hall bathroom with shower.
Kitchen has microwave oven, stove and oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
The lanai is enclosed to give you extra living space but sliding doors can be opened to give wonderful breezes.
