Enjoy our spacious, electrically-heated pool, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, which is large enough to swim laps! The fully screened, northern exposure pool area covers the entire length of the home and boasts beautiful brick pavers with oversized pool deck for lounging in the sun or grilling your fresh seafood. The under-truss area offers continuous shade throughout the day, and features an oversized, comfortable conversation area, and a hot tub large enough for 2 to 3 people!
Our home includes a tasteful dining room off the kitchen, a large family room with cathedral ceilings and a huge 65'' Smart TV and comfortable sitting areas, and split floor plan bedrooms. The entire indoor living space features upgraded travertine flooring and both bathrooms have been newly updated with stylish tile work and granite vanities. Make yourself at home in our stunning new kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and high quality stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite updated bathroom with walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. One guest bedroom includes 1 queen bed, and the other has 2 twin beds. The guest bedrooms share an updated shower/tub bathroom that also leads directly to the lanai/pool area.

Payment Policy: 50% due upon booking, remaining 50% + security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival date. Personal check or cashiers check in U.S. dollars is accepted.
Refundable Damage Deposit - $500 minimum refundable security deposit is due with final payment. May be used to cover theft, damage, pet damage, gross overages of electricity, etc.
Contracts/Agreements - We will provide our rental agreement when you request booking with us and submit a photo of your ID.

Had a wonderful time at Camelot Point! Very clean. Great layout, beautiful lanai , hot tub & pool with well thought out amenities. Great location, a walk or bike ride away from parks, pickleball, groceries, coffee shop (with good food for breakfast), cold pressed juice bar. Loved the restaurant recommendations. My favorites are Dixie Fish, Lobster Lady & Pinchers. Owners were very responsive to questions. Had a great kayak experience with Gulf Coast Kayak, just a short drive from house.I’ve stayed at several Airbnb’s and this is one I hope to return to soon!!

I stayed here with 4 of my close buddy’s and had an amazing time! It is close to a lot of very fun things to do and only about 20 minutes away from the beach. We loved utilizing the houses beach equipment (corkscrew sun umbrella and beach chairs). We also loved being able to swim with the night lights on and light up umbrella. it paired well with a movie night after the pool in the beautiful living room. I genuinely love this house and would recommend it to anybody in search for a relaxing vacation.

Camelot Point is truly a gem of a vacation rental. From the moment Kathy reached out, I knew we’d be in good hands. The previous reviews perfectly encapsulate just how great the host and this place is. We came for a getaway, yet were pleasantly surprised how much it felt like home. This made it that much easier for our pups to adjust and settle to a new location. Which brings me to one of the many reasons why we loved it here. I found a lot of other listings state that they allow pets, but was then followed by high fees and stipulations. Kathy not only made us feel comfortable bringing our two dogs along, but welcomed them with the sweetest setup. They enjoyed it here just as much as we did! The house is equipped with much more than I anticipated, so you can definitely pack light. There are also plenty of stores and shopping all around the area. The neighborhood itself was one of my favorites especially walking the dogs at sunset and seeing all of the little bunnies and owls. Despite it being the 4th, it was still fairly quiet, but If you did want to celebrate, the city has an annual event and firework show. Kathy was super helpful in offering all kinds of suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Like the others mentioned, she’s incredibly responsive and communicative. This made our stay all the more comfortable and relaxing. We honestly would have stayed longer if we could have and can’t wait to come back!

Stayed here for 6 weeks. Kathy is an amazing host. Very responsive. Special touches like wine on arrival and some toys for the grandchkldren was much appreciated. The house is the best equipped vacation rental we have stayed in Cape Coral. It lacks nothing. Beach gear is a plus as well as pool floats and many card/board games. The pool area is large and very private with plenty of seating. The neighborhood is quiet and nice walk to Cape Harbour facilities and shops/bars/restaurants. Would definitely recommend a stay here and will return again.

So nice to walk into the home and everything is there and clean!! Our second visit to Camelot Point and everything is positive!! The pool and hot tub are my main attractions at the home, the area is great for walking (bring a flashlight at night), love the park, the rabbits and owls. Close proximity to Fanthom's outdoor bands, perfect distance for walking. So close for day excursions, Fort Myers, Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, Punta Gorda. Walked a lot of parks, preservation areas, linear park, saw the Manatees. Kathy and her family go out of their way to make you feel welcome and anything that comes up, they deal with immediately. We are happy to book our 3rd stay for next year!!

We stayed just over 3 weeks. Kathy is a great host and will check in periodically. My favorite area was the pool. I tried to use daily. Most kitchen items are available so we didn't try as many restaurants as we thought. We went to FMB and the small beach in Cape Coral many times. We plan to stay here again.

Cesar Nicole J.Lovely Wedding Anniversary Vacation
Upon our arrival at Camelot Point my wife and I were greeted with a celebratory bottle of wine and a lovely bouquet of flowers. Kudos go to our host Kathy, for exceptional customer service. This lovely home is situated in a quiet neighborhood with a Publix half mile away and nearby restaurants. It is well stocked with common home necessities. The large pool is screened in to keep any bugs away and fenced for added security and privacy. The beaches of Ft Myers and Sanibel Island are a short drive away. Although, the area is in the rebuilding phase after the effects of Hurricane Ian in September 2022, businesses in the area are re-opening. My wife and I enjoyed our time in this home and Cape Coral. We look forward to returning soon. We highly recommend this vacation rental!

Camelot Point was the best experience!!! The home perfectly appointed, everything you need and then some!! The owners were always there for you and any inquiries made were responded to immediately. The area is great with a park down the road, Rumrunners within walking distance, live bands Tuesday nights, quiet subdivision for walking and within an hour's drive of other great city's to visit!!! The weather was perfect which lead us to spend a lot of time in the perfectly heated pool doing laps on the floaties!!! Would give this a 10 star if I could!!!

It was hard to leave our stay at Camelot.- The pool is big (and heated if you want) and I was able to swim laps a half hour each day. - The split floor plan gave the kids and parents privacy (and noise-relief!). - The back off the home has large floor to ceiling glass doors that slide into a stack and open the hole up onto the back patio. This makes the home feel much bigger. - Plenty of patio seating and lounge chairs for everyone. - A thick wall of bushy palms hedges the back yard and makes it feel tropical and secluded. - The beds were comfortable, the rooms well lit. - The kitchen has every appliance and amenity you could think of. I loved the convection oven. - The living room sofa was very comfortable to lounge on together and we would read for hours. - We loved pulling up a “beachside fire” on the living room tv from YouTube for ambiance! - We enjoyed the bikes and rode to Camelot park or the marina to get smoothies at The Dockside Juicery several times a week (same area as Rumrunners). There’s also a great art studio there. - The location is great. Right over the bridge. Near a Publix. 12-15 minutes from Grace Baptist Church, bigger shopping on Pine Island Road, or Del Prado Blvd (Mercola Market has a great cafe and store) (My Sweet Art is a fantastic French cafe run by a French husband + wife)And this family that we don’t even know really helped us during Hurricane Ian. We were staying at their other location on El Dorado (called Rosepoint) for the month when the storm hit and flooded the home. We began immediate remediation alongside their handyman and took the walls up to prevent any further damage but had to move out and didn’t know where we could go, we had just moved down and were looking to buy a home. The Kobylewski’s offered their brand new home, Camelot, just purchased and unrented, and we were able to move right over. It was a relief and a kindness at a hard time and we felt very accommodated while the area was recovering and completely upside down without running water for 4 days or power for 20 days or internet for a month. We thank God for you, Kathy, Ellen, Chris and family!We stayed here from September 29-December 21 of 2022 and highly recommend it.
