You could go on a sunset cruise on the river or you could go to Captiva Sanibel and take a cruise there. You could charter boat where you have your own Captain. About the owner: We’ve been coming to Southwest Florida since 1998 and we love the ambience. We made Naples our home permanently in 2017, before that we built two homes three times! We now call Bonita Springs our forever home.
Why this property? It’s a gently lived in-home. It’s truly turnkey with all the comforts of home it sits on a lake, peaceful ambience, and a community pool. It’s very walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, miniature, golf hospital, several grocery stores and bars and restaurants. You will never run out of places to go. You can go to the beach, museum parks, zoo aquatic center water parks. There are semi private golf courses all over, Pickleball, tennis, fishing, boating, wakeboarding, canoeing, antiquing, and anything else under the sun. Since it’s a tourist area it’s very likely that you will make friends that are on vacation, someone to go dinner, somebody go to the play with. Your guaranteed weather where the average temperature is 70° or 80 depending on the day.
