Cape West One is located in the Pelican area of South West Cape Coral, FL. The home is perfect for six guests but up to two more can sleep on the sofa bed in the office.
The home has western exposure and the pool and hot tub are in the sun from 11:30am until sunset! In season, the pool can be heated to your desired temperature.
Plenty of patio furniture and a large gas KitchenAid grill are at your disposal in the lanai/poll area.
There is a dedicated workspace with gig internet and fantastic Wi-Fi coverage. We also provide a large 4k TV in the living room and 43" HDTVs in each bedroom.
The kitchen features just about any appliance you could want including a coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave.
All three bedrooms feature Queen-sized beds with dressers and nightstands.
11.5% sales and tourism taxes are included in the rental price.
