You are only 14 miles away from some of the best gulf beaches - Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island! Like baseball? The Minnesota Twins and the Boston Red Sox spring training stadiums are 12 and 15 miles away. Golf your thing? There are several nice courses within 4-10 miles from the house.
This spacious, open concept, 4 bedroom/2 bath home features a new heated 14'x26' saltwater pool, lanai, and birdcage installed in the spring of 2022 and a 55" TV is in the lanai for music during the day and movies at night! The pool has lights, and the birdcage has fun lighting for those relaxing evenings! With enough space for 6-8 guests, it’s a great place to relax and escape in the sun! Master suite is located on one full side of the home with the other 3 bedrooms and 2nd bath located on the other side. Master suite includes a quiet sitting area and sofa for those tranquil or get-away moments with a large walk-in tiled shower with two heads. Bedrooms include a king bed in the Master suite; a second king bed in the King room; a queen bed in the Sunshine room and a queen and full-size bed in the Duo room. TVs are located in the grand room and all bedrooms with exception of the Sunshine room. We have all the beach chairs, coolers and toys you might need and 2 bicycles and 2 sets of his & her golf clubs for guest use. We have added a cornhole game & spike ball that can be found in the garage.
Nothing is sweeter than having a quiet breakfast and coffee in the lanai in the early morning hours or cocktails and appetizers at the end of the day!

The Farmer's Market held every Saturday in downtown Cape Coral is awesome! Rusty’s Raw Bar & Grill has bingo on Tuesday evenings, and an outdoor volleyball court for your young teens or family play and cornhole boards are there as well, all by the outside bar so easy to keep track of the kids. Cornhole tourneys are Thursday nights. Sports bar and TVs inside and open Sunday mornings! Great for larger gatherings.
A fold up cot with 3 inch mattress that holds up to 100 lbs. Great for young children. Pack and Play for infants if needed. Small Christmas tree for the holiday stays!
Note we have a Ring doorbell for our house security especially when we are not at RCE. We will not use it to answer visitors who ring the doorbell when guests are staying at RCE. We have no cameras in the house, garage, lanai and pool area, or backyard.

We love our property and know you will too. Please send an inquiry and we'll also provide you with a phone number to directly talk to us about your stay. We will require the names of all guests and ages of any guest under 21. The primary renter will need to provide your full name, address and two phone numbers. We prefer two cell numbers that we can use to contact if any issues would arise. We provide access information to the house via texting. Should other arrangements need to be made, please provide information. 50% of the rental fees are due upfront to hold the dates and remainder of the rental fees and the $750 damage deposit is due 15 days prior to the date of arrival. Any cancellation 15 days or later will forfeit the deposit, unless the home can be rented for that period. If no damage is noted beyond the normal wear and tear, the full damage deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure. Please particularly note this is not a party or special event house and will not be allowed. Any party noted will be evicted and all fees forfeited with no refund; including the damage deposit. It is a non-smoking home and lanai, and pets are not allowed due to severe family allergies.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay - the property/pool is fantastic, the location is quiet and relaxing, and it's very close to excellent food and nightlife! We brought our golf clubs and took advantage of a few local courses, and those weren't too far away either! Our hosts were very nice and accommodating, and the entire process was easy from start to finish! I hope to be back every year, as long as they'll have me! Thanks again for a great vacation!!!

Ethan S.Perfect Vacation House with AMAZING Pool!
I went down with the Kunz and Ryan family for a week in June and had great time! Spent many hours at the awesome pool filled with floaties. The house is in a great location with the beach near by, ice cream a couple blocks away and a friendly neighborhood! Tons of things to do in Florida, we took in a dolphin tour, tiki boat tour, beach trips, and shopping around the beach stores. It was a great time for everyone and 100% would love to go back! Definitely recommend checking this house out and taking in the experience of Cape Coral! Thanks Tyanne and Seth Ryan for hosting!

We stayed at R Cape Escape for a little girls vacay after tax season. It was a wonderful place! Everything was perfect! The pool is amazing. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds are super comfy. They have thought of everything you would ever need when away from home. We rented their car during our stay and that was so convenient. We can't wait to go back. This place is perfect for a family or a girls trip. Highly recommend!! You won't regret staying here! And you'll be ready to plan your next trip back!

Location was great. Many different beaches to comb for shells and beautiful sunsets to watch. The hosts were amazing. The home was supplied with everything we needed for trips to the beach...towels, chairs, cooler, pails for digging and nets for shell hunting. The hosts had listed numerous attractions we found interesting like kayaking in the mangroves and the sunset dolphin cruise. They had shells, paints and stencils for shell painting with our grandkids. Loved doing yoga by the pool and of course lounging in the beautiful new pool. The neighborhood was safe and great for morning walks along the canals. The house was clean, spacious, well stocked with everything we needed. These hosts aim to please. We highly recommend this property.
