This 3 bedroom condo in Naples was perfect for our month long stay in Naples, Florida! The location was great and fit all of our needs. We needed to work while we were there and worked out perfectly for all of us. The hosts welcomed us with everything we could possibly need. Plenty of paper products, beverages, and snacks. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We loved how the condo was decorated. The pool and fitness center is very close and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying there.

We loved our stay at this beautiful, luxurious townhouse in Naples! It truly exceeded all expectations. It is new, modern and exquisitely decorated with all the amenities you could want. We were so appreciative of how well stocked it was, and most importantly how immaculately clean the townhouse is kept. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the quiet lanai, and also loved the convenient location to great shops, restaurants, with a short drive to Vanderbilt beach and downtown Naples. From the very beginning Joseph & Zsuzsanna were very helpful and gracious hosts. We absolutely loved our stay in their 3 bedroom townhome with comfortable and stylish furniture. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with a huge heated swimming pool and hot tub near the gym in the clubhouse. An extra ammenity is the Reverse Osmosis water system for drinking and the double Keurig coffee maker. We don't see how this home could possibly be improved and we will definitely be returning.

Another wonderful December spent in Naples! Returning after staying here last year - it felt like we were coming home. It was everything we remembered and loved and MORE! This year we had an extra guest with us, and the house accommodated us perfectly. With 3 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa in the loft, everyone had their own space, which was fantastic! The owners thought of every detail to make our stay exceptional! Plenty of comfortable linens, beautiful furnishings, and with the fully equipped kitchen, and new propane outdoor grill we made many memorable meals. We love Naples in December – taking a short drive to the Mercato shopping area or downtown and seeing all the decorations always puts us in the holiday spirit. The kids loved spending time at the pool and going to the beach for sunset walks. Morning coffees on the lanai were so relaxing and the perfect way to start the day. Absolutely, loved our stay – again! We can’t wait to go back!

This well designed and stylish home exceeded our expectations, with thoughtful touches from the gracious hosts that allowed us to truly unwind. The spacious layout catered to everyone's needs, including a cozy upper-level hangout area perfect for kids. The main floor's Master bedroom, its spacious bath, featuring a massive walk-in shower, added to our comfort. Fond memories linger of tranquil morning coffees and late evening cocktails in the screened lanai, setting a perfect tone for the start and end of the day. The community offered great facilities, including a pool area and gym. Proximity to first class shopping, restaurants, and several beach options added convenience to our stay. We highly recommend you consider calling this home on your visit to Naples. You’ll fall in love too and won’t want to leave!

This spacious new home provided us with more than we expected. Joseph was most accommodating and available when needed. The home is very nicely furnished and very well supplied with good quality kitchenware. The linens have also been very well chosen…Kate Spade sheets…wow! The outdoor furniture is very comfortable and the outdoor fountain provides a tranquil atmosphere perfect for morning coffee or cocktail time. The area is very quiet and good area for walking. The pool area is just a short walk and very well kept. We hope to return and will also recommend this home to our family and friends.

We had the pleasure of staying here for January and February 2023. Joseph and Zsuzsanna were wonderful and gracious. The condo is to die for. Excellently furnished with all the amenities you would want. It was great to see that the pictures on the site matched the reality. Furnishings are top quality. Gym and heated (yes heated) pool in the development. Location is great. Short rides to Mercato, 5th Avenue, Vanderbilt beach, shopping. Great restaurants. We loved our time in Naples. Two months went too fast. Already scheduled for next year for three months. No matter how hard you look you will not find a better place than this condo.

Amazing family holiday in December! This beautifully appointed home had everything we had hoped for and more! The hosts considered every detail so that we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The home has plenty of space. The kids especially loved their own rooms and hangout area on the upper level, while we enjoyed our main floor primary bedroom and bath with massive walk-in shower! I still think about our peaceful morning coffees on the lanai – great way to start your day. The facilities are first-class. The kids loved the pool area – we couldn’t get them out of there some days and the gym is fantastic. Plenty of shopping and restaurants are close by and the beach is just a short drive away. Our after-dinner walks on the beach to watch the sunset were wonderful! We can’t wait to go back next year!

We had the privilege of spending some time in this gem of a property! The luxury town home was a true GEM! All amenities are top class, kitchen & laundry contain all upgraded appliances. Beds are extremely comfortable and the entertainment areas and enclosed lenai provided our family the privacy and relaxation time that everyone was looking for. The hosts were always available for any Inquires & questions and are extremely helpful & accommodating. We would re-visit in a heart beat. The Naples area is clean and shows with pride!
