This top floor unit (2nd story) condo has high ceilings and plenty of brand new windows to let in the beautiful Florida sunlight. A 6 minute drive to the closest sandy beach of Naples and only a few minutes to 5th Avenue Naples. Here you will find dining, shopping, and so much more. If you need a break from the beach, this community has one of the largest, resort-style pools in the entire city of Naples. Use the bike/walking path right to the tennis courts, pickleball, bocce ball and shuffleboard courts. This condo has a car seat and stroller for kids or grandkids plus adult and child size blow up mattress for those extra guests. Sip on your coffee each morning on the new decorated lanai or hang out in the evening with its solar powered lantern lights. There is one designated parking spot in front of the unit but also several guest spots available. Staying in for the night, there is a 55" TV in the family room and also board games to play. For a long term stay, the master closet is oversized, plus the laundry room has tons of extra space. There is also an oversized, outdoor storage unit (lock and key) for any outdoor toys that you might want to have in addition to what is already supplied (can easily fit multiple bicycles)!

Area Information
Naples is one of the the gulf coasts finest cities. There are several areas to visit starting with the famous 5th Avenue. Here you will find some of the nicest restaurants, bars, and shopping. Just down the street you can visit the beautiful Naples Pier for sight seeing or fishing (no license required on Naples Pier). Just around the corner and running north/south is Third street and extension of 5th Avenue with more places to visit.
Head north to Vanderbilt beach a beautiful public access beach with wildlife roaming the sand and sea (turtles have been spotted walking the beach often!), more sand dollars than your heart desires, and soft white sand. Just a few blocks east of Vanderbilt beach is the Mercato a hopping area with a large shopping center and even more restaurants to visit.
Up for a casual day out? Visit Tin City just a few minutes down the street from this condo. Here are several quaint shops, bars and restaurants.
Marco Island is just down Rt. 41 (Tamiami) for a change of scenery.
Bonita Springs and Fort Myers is north and also offers plenty to do.

About the owner: My wife and I have been vacationing in Florida most of our lives. My wife's grandparents owned a produce business when she was young in Sarasota. She would visit them usually in the summer months but also during Christmas break. I went to Florida when I was 8 years old and went to Disney World. I remember leaving Florida and heading back to the Midwest and saying one day I want to live there. Although my wife and I still live and work in the Midwest, one day we plan to retire in the sunny state of Florida. We are total beach bums and now love brining our kids to the beaches. They are much like us as they love digging in the sand and looking for wildlife in the clear waters of the Florida beaches.
Why this property? My wife and I have met about 15 years ago and shortly after started an annual family trip to the beaches near Tampa. It was not until just a few years ago we finally got to visit the beaches of Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Naples, and Marco Island. My parents said you must see Naples. The first time we drove through Naples and down the famous 5th Avenue we were hooked. We had never seen an area so clean and cared for quite like Naples. We thought it would be decades before we could ever own a place in such a beautiful area. So we made some sacrifices and took a chance. We went out on a limb and bought in the wonderful Winter Park community. We said we wanted to have a lifetime of experiences with our children in that area, not just when we were old and our kids wouldn't have the same excitement they now get at such a young age. We look forward to making memories for a lifetime and also want to share that with others. We hope to offer a place that has everything that we wished the places we had rented for so many years.

This condo is a lovely place, clean and well furnished. Comfortable beds and couch. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of games, puzzles and water/beach toys. Wagon, car seat, inflatable air mattresses. Perfect set up for extra kids/grandkids. Great pool, pickle ball and tennis courts, bocce ball. Winter Park residents very friendly. Close to grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, other shopping and beach. Owners are great to deal with, very responsive. Great vacation rental!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very clean, comfortable and spacious condo. The photographs and description of this unit clearly represented what we found upon our arrival. The cathedral ceiling and bright rooms give it a very open feel and the screened in lanai was perfect for morning coffee. Kitchen had everything we needed and well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Plenty of bathroom towels as well as beach towels. The walk-in laundry room is large with shelves and drying rack. Water pressure was very good which is a must for my wife’s long thick hair. The condo is located just a short drive from Naples’s beach and walking distance to Publix Grocery, Starbucks and several restaurants. The pool is a bit of a walk, but is a very large and beautiful resort style pool with plenty of chase loungers and an airconditioned event center if you get too hot. The owners were perfect hosts, very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Thanks for sharing your home Marc and Marissa. We had a wonderful stay.
