If you need a break from the beach, this community has one of the largest, resort-style pools in the entire city of Naples. Use the bike/walking path right to the tennis courts, pickleball, bocce ball and shuffleboard courts. This condo has a car seat and stroller for kids or grandkids plus adult and child size blow up mattress for those extra guests. Sip on your coffee each morning on the new decorated lanai or hang out in the evening with its solar powered lantern lights. There is one designated parking spot in front of the unit but also several guest spots available. Staying in for the night, there is a 55" TV in the family room and also board games to play. Kids absolutely love the pool. Winter Park has one of the largest, resort style pools in the city of Naples. The pool area also offers six covered sitting areas to help get those little ones out of the sun. You will also find lizards and other wildlife roaming along the walking trails which the kids love to see!
Naples is one of the the gulf coasts finest cities. There are several areas to visit starting with the famous 5th Avenue. Here you will find some of the nicest restaurants, bars, and shopping. Just down the street you can visit the beautiful Naples Pier for sight seeing or fishing (no license required on Naples Pier). Just around the corner and running north/south is Third street and extension of 5th Avenue with more places to visit.

John and P.Lovely condo in a great community!
This condo is a lovely place, clean and well furnished. Comfortable beds and couch. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of games, puzzles and water/beach toys. Wagon, car seat, inflatable air mattresses. Perfect set up for extra kids/grandkids. Great pool, pickle ball and tennis courts, bocce ball. Winter Park residents very friendly. Close to grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, other shopping and beach. Owners are great to deal with, very responsive. Great vacation rental!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very clean, comfortable and spacious condo. The photographs and description of this unit clearly represented what we found upon our arrival. The cathedral ceiling and bright rooms give it a very open feel and the screened in lanai was perfect for morning coffee. Kitchen had everything we needed and well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Plenty of bathroom towels as well as beach towels. The walk-in laundry room is large with shelves and drying rack. Water pressure was very good which is a must for my wife’s long thick hair. The condo is located just a short drive from Naples’s beach and walking distance to Publix Grocery, Starbucks and several restaurants. The pool is a bit of a walk, but is a very large and beautiful resort style pool with plenty of chase loungers and an airconditioned event center if you get too hot. The owners were perfect hosts, very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Thanks for sharing your home Marc and Marissa. We had a wonderful stay.
