This home is located on a corner lot, in a very nice neiborhood, on a canal. This was the cleanest, most well stocked home we have rented. Mike was very responsive and easy to deal with. Definatly would stay again.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home during January and February 2023. Lovely lanai with oversized pool and beautiful view of canal and wonderful sunsets. The home has all the essentials that you will require and if there was anything we needed, the landlord was immediately there to assist. The location of the home is outstanding, with shops and restaurants close by and even a boat rental location was minutes away. Access to highways and other major roadways was again excellent. We will definitely stay at this home again.

Yes the pool is heated with a brand new electric heat pump. There is no additional charge for pool heat.
Yes, there is a 10 000lb boat lift. Water access to the property is convenient to several local boat ramps and the most direct canal route to the river requires navigation under u]your choice of either a 9ft or 11 foot bridge .
