Welcome to Naples' Forest Lakes community! This cozy ground floor level condo is located in a 2-story condo building with swimming pool/club house and 2 tennis court access for our condo residence/guests. This two bedroom and two bathroom condo sleeps four people. A parking spot is assigned to the condo, and is right in front of the condo entry, to make it very convenient to access the unit.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and connects to the renovated and beautiful bathroom with a spacious shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and is right across from the second bathroom that is also beautifully updated and has a soaking tub/shower.
The screened in lanai gives you a wonderful view overlooking the golf course that is located on the other side of the condo building. The golf course is not part of the Association but very conveniently is next to the building if you would like to purchase the entry fee to access it.
The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is also 3 wooden bar stools by the kitchen counter for some fun breakfast time.
The living room and master bedroom both have TVs with cable included in the rental price. Wi-fi is provided throughout the home.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, and glassware! You just need to provide the food. This home is complete with a large walk-in closet connected to the master bedroom and a good side walk-in closet connected to the 2nd bedroom. Each bathroom has their own soft towel supplies with plenty of extra towels. Hair dryer, linens, first aid kit, and a hallway closet filled with basic supplies, such as laundry detergent, or tall kitchen bags are available. The laundry room is located at the end of the hallway and each floor has their own laundry rooms in the building. Tommy Bahamas beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and large new and fresh beach towels are available for you to use.

It was an amazing experience from the start when we contacted Agnes. She has awesome communication and she was very accommodating to our requirements. Everything was upfront and transparent. She gave clear instructions for the access to the condo, which was prepared nicely for our stay. The location is perfect, within a 55+ golf community. The condo by itself was fully stocked with all kitchen stuff plus everything that one would need at the beach. The Clam Pass beach was our favourite place and all so close. Downtown Naples has its own charm. The condo is within walking distance to Publix, Target, Walmart, Aldi and also Costco. The lanai is a great addition and there was enough linen and towels. The air conditioning was easily controlled and we were very comfortable. The place is spacious and ideal for a long stay. The only suggestion would be for looking at a more stable internet as the present one was moody at times, especially for streaming. We would gladly visit again. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped condo. Near facility like super market, family restaurants and plus. Easy to drive to beaches , old Naples and attractions. Golf course as well. Great stay and Host.
