3 bedroom, 2 bath home situated in quiet SW Cape Coral Neighborhood. Decorated with a beachy coastal theme. The pool is screen covered to protect from the bugs and critters and is private so you can feel comfortable out in the pool/ backyard. There is a truss covered lanai for outdoor lounging/dining

This home boasts a large spacious kitchen for the chefs out there and is stocked with all you need for cooking homemade meals.

Smart Roku TVs with streaming capabilities. Log into your accounts in guest mode. In guest mode it will log you out the date you set.

There are books, board games, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, coolers, &
beach toys, hair dryer, iron and ironing
board available.

Don’t worry about the littles around the pool this home has a child safety fence that may be used as an extra barrier between your children and the pool.

A top tip- Cape Coral can be confusing for drivers unfamiliar with the area, as there are so many canals and water ways. It may help to know the 'streets' and 'terraces' run east and west and 'Avenues', 'Places' and 'Courts' run north and south.

Also be aware that vetrans Parkway and Cape Coral Parkway bridges, that connect Fort Meyers with Cape Coral are toll Bridges. Charges are done automatically and are around $4.00 /car.

I do not currently charge for the pool to be heated. I ask that it not be set above 85 during your stay. I know some have different preferences. If you decide you want the pool warmer I charge 20.00/day

An inspection of the property is completed after every guest checks out and before every guest checks in. If accidental damages occur during your stay, please let us know prior to check out and we will do our best to work with you. If damages or missing items are found after check out with no prior notice given, we will automatically seek compensation.
