Cancellation Policy: Our current policy is we ask for a 10% deposit to hold the reservation. The deposit is 100% refundable up to 60 days of the move in date. After that no refund will be available. In the event of a medical emergency cancellation the refund will be available up to 10 days of the check in period. Proof of emergency required.
Final payment is due 30 days before move in.
