Villa Hideaway is located in a quiet residential section of SW Cape Coral. The updated home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, updated kitchen, and baths. The nicely redone kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters and tile flooring throughout the home. The home is surrounded by lush landscaping making this the Hideaway Vacation spot. Southern exposure pool in the full house length screen exposure will give you and your group all day sun in the pool area. The lanai enclosure has multiple seating spaces, a gas BBQ grill, a full-size pool bath and a fountain that spills into the heated pool. You'll feel like you are on your own private and secluded island with all the foliage that surrounds the backyard oasis.

The great room has vaulted ceilings and large windows. The view to the pool and yard will fill your days with sunshine and delight you with every look. Ample seating in the great-room open concept of the home. Allows you to move freely from the kitchen to the dining to the living area.

The master is bright and has French doors to lanai, has a large walk-in closet and the bath offers a large walk-in shower. There is a flat-screen TV along with a comfortable King-size bed. You will delight waking in the morning and walking straight to the pool area for your morning cup of coffee.

The split design of the home features the guest rooms split from the master. One guest room with a queen bed, TV, and the other with also a queen-size bed and lots of space. The full guest bath conveniently adjacent to the two guest sleeping quarters.

In the neatly organized garage, you will find a washer and dryer, plenty of pool toys, ample space for parking. The yard is fenced and ready to welcome your pet upon approval. WiFi throughout the home and cable TV package for your entertainment.

Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $15-25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee.
