The home is located in the NW of Cape Coral 8 min. from Shopping and Dining. 20 min. from Matlacha, Pine Island. Quiet Neighborhood. Nice Pool and Lanai area to chill and enjoy the Weather in Florida. Open concept kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. 3rd Bedroom with Pull out Sofa.
Sleeps 4 Adults and 1-2 kids /Juniors
Only people on the contract are allowed to stay and sleep at the apartment
Guests are not for free after 2 nights. Additional cost will be charged.
Roof is tarped after the storm, we wait for new shingles, otherwise the home is not damaged and rented out normally. All running nicely.
