Clean Cozy Free Beach Pass Honeymoon Island

We stayed a few days in Karen's unit #5, then decided to stay a few more days! We moved across the courtyard to #2, and let me just say, it was as nice or nicer than #5!! I would stay in any one of her units at the "Maitai Suites-Clearwater-Dunedin" ️.
I loved the decor in each one, and even found the bedding from #2 online and bought it for our newly remodeled home!!!

Ever since we had a dog we were used to compromise on the properties that we were renting, but not this time. Everything was as pictured and in sparkling clean condition. Our host Karen had a great system of managing it and it was a super smooth and pleasant stay. Thank you for hosting us !

Whenever we rent on AirBnb, the two most important things to us are the property is clean and it is exactly what it is represented to be on the AirBnB website via the descriptions and photos. This property was exactly what we saw online. The location was great, restaurants, beach, stores in walking distance. Karen was very responsive to the any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely rent from her again.

My husband and I were beyond impressed. Great location close to everything we needed. Beaches, Food, Shopping. And dog friendly. The place was super clean, cozy and comfy. The king beds were amazingly comfortable. It had all the things we needed. And the host communication top notch. I would definitely recommend over and over, in fact I have already told friends and family about this place if they would decide to visit DUNEDIN, Fl.

This is a very good place for a family to stay with pets. It is very clean and is perfectly located for beach, bars, and downtown Dunedin shopping. Karen is very accomodating and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay there many times in the future.

Karen is a wonderful hostess. She was attentive to offering us all the necessary details to make our stay a pleasant one. The unit is brand new and feels like home. It is in an excellent location and it is a very quiet place. We hope to return soon.

We absolutely loved Mai Tai #5. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved this spot!!

It was a fabulous location close to lots of places to eat, beaches, shopping and convenient to Dunedin and Clearwater Beach.

The interior space is beautifully updated inside and loved our patio for evening drinks. We walked 5 min to watch sunsets on the Dunedin Causeway and also loved being so close to Honeymoon Island State Park.

While I did have to work some while we stayed, the inside space was nice for remote working too and not far from coffee shops and really appreciated the patio for some sunshine.

I can’t wait to come back! If I could stay longer, I would. This really was just such a great place to be. Can’t say enough good things about it!

What a fantastic place! Modern and updated, yet homey and super comfortable. Enough room for our family of 4. Well stocked, extremely clean and the best beds. The location can not be beat, within walking distance to restaurants and a quick drive to Honeymoon Island. Karen is readily available and gives many lists of accommodations, thank you. Truly worth the stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Mai Tai home. The home was newly renovated, modern and clean. The hosts was great with communication and quick to reply.

The kitchen was very well stocked which was great since we like to cook at home.
There is a great little bar across the road with nice atmosphere and drinks. Also you are a short walk away to other restaurants and the causeway going to Honeymoon island so it is a great location.

Would stay again and recommend!

Very nice! Just as pictured and only a few min drive to honeymoon island. Lots of great food around as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
