This place is special! The facilities and grounds are beautiful. Very secure area. Beautiful beach, pool, and condo! The most considerate rental we’ve done. Their condo is fully stocked with all things you may need or want. Everything is beautiful, and works perfectly. We already are planning for when we can return here! Just perfect!

Terry K.It Was Everything We Hoped For
This was our first trip back to Fort Myers Beach since Hurricane Ian. Unit 304 met and exceeded all of our hopes and expectations. It was clean and well equipped and we fell asleep each night listening to the surf. We used the beach chairs, beach umbrella, and wagon every day. There was plenty of parking. The beach was terrific, perfect for walking and shelling. Lincoln was very easy to work with and his responses to our inquiries were always prompt and and accurate. All of the renters and owners that we encountered in the building and on the beach were very friendly. We had a wonderful stay and perhaps the best recommendation that we can give is that we made a reservation for 2026 during our rental and have already signed the contract.Terry & Kathy March, 2025

Everything listed on the description is correct. They have thought of every possible need you might have during your stay at this condo. Best of all are the friendly neighbors, sun, and short walk to the beach. Shopping is a few steps away at the farmers market and the center. Selecting a few weeks with the Carrolls will not disappoint. Enjoy

Clean, modern, fully equipped, breathtaking views looking directly over beach & ocean. Desk area for getting job-work done before play. Safe with security access. Includes beach-umbrella, chairs, cooler, large towels. Visit condo before purchasing items. What you need may already be there. Lincoln (condo owner) very responsive to questions. Near many dining options. Terrific stay and highly recommend this property for those wanting a peaceful, relaxing, beautifully maintained condo overlooking beach with glorious sunsets from balcony.

Unit #304 is on the third floor. The ground floor is considered floor 0, so this is three floors up, with great views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! There are also two elevators close (but not too close to hear them) to #304.
