This beautiful 3 BD condo is located in the Magnolia Falls area of the gated community of Falling Waters. This condo, on the 2nd floor, is great for viewing the beautiful lake from the lanai. The unit is an end unit providing additional privacy. The large 1573 sq ft. unit features a master bedroom with King bed, dual sinks and a large shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is a den with a Queen bed. TV's consist of a 45" HD TV in the living room, a TV in the master bedroom and a TV in the den. One of the unique features of the unit is a very large lanai facing a beautiful lake. The lanai has an outdoor kitchen with Electric BBQ, cooktop stove, outdoor fridge and sink. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals.
There is free access to high speed internet and WIFI throughout the unit.
The gated resort includes 24 hour security, a huge heated resort style swimming pool, clubhouse with WIFI, tennis courts, a bocce ball courts, shuffleboard, putting green and cascading waterfalls throughout the community.
Beach chairs and an umbrella provided for you to really enjoy the beach days.

Activities nearby include golfing, pickleball, cycling, boating, fishing, kayaking, just to name a few.

About the owner: We fell in love with Naples a few years ago, and just recently decided to purchase in 2022. We love to get away from our cold winters in Canada and the safe Naples area provides what we were looking for.
Why this property? We love the gated community, the absolutely superb largest heated swimming pool in SW Florida. The lake view from our 2nd floor tops it off to be the best choice we could find in Naples. As I am an avid pickleball player, Falling Waters is just a 13 minute drive to the huge 64 court pickleball facility at East Naples Community Park.

This was our second time at falling Waters and the place is beautiful very well kept and perfectly located. What makes it really enjoyable is the three bedroom two bath condo that we rented from Keith Edwards. Spotlessly clean all modern conveniences and appliances. Furniture well above standard. The biggest lanai that we have ever stayed in, including a well appointed kitchen on the Lanai itself. A very quiet and peaceful second floor at the end of the unit, no neighbor above and none on one side. Few of the pond with the fountain, and you can see an occasional turtle making his way. I will definitely stay there again sometime in the future.
