This condo, on the 2nd floor, is great for viewing the beautiful lake from the lanai. The unit is an end unit providing additional privacy. The large 1573 sq ft. unit features a master bedroom with King bed, dual sinks and a large shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is a den with a Queen bed. TV's consist of a 45" HD TV in the living room, a TV in the master bedroom and a TV in the den. One of the unique features of the unit is a very large lanai facing a beautiful lake. The lanai has an outdoor kitchen with Electric BBQ, cooktop stove, outdoor fridge and sink. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals.
There is free access to high speed internet and WIFI throughout the unit.
The gated resort includes 24 hour security, a huge heated resort style swimming pool, clubhouse with WIFI, tennis courts, a bocce ball courts, shuffleboard, putting green and cascading waterfalls throughout the community.

We stayed here for the month of April. The condo is very comfortable, spacious, with a nice view of the pond with a fountain. The lanai was great, at the end of the day, to enjoy the view. The pool was amazing & very large with lots of lounge chairs & shade. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. We find Falling Waters a lovely community. The one thing we would have appreciated was for the pool to be heated a little warmer. Out older bones don’t like to get chilled and the weather was cooler than previous years. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked with cooking and serving supplies. Highly recommend this host.

Regarding the pool, my understanding is, that there was a very cool period this past January and due to the very large size of the pool, it may have been hard for the heating system to keep up. Normally, Falling Waters tries to keep the pool at 86 degrees, so by far the majority of the times, it easily reaches the 86 temperature and many times it can be even warmer on warmer sunny days."

Falling Waters is a great community with wonderful amenities. The pool area is unlike any you will find unless staying at a resort. Everything is well maintained, and as a gated community you feel safe. The condo is very nice, very spacious, and very comfortable. The keyless entry is a nice feature. We stayed from April 1st through June 30th. We would stay again.

This was our second time at falling Waters and the place is beautiful very well kept and perfectly located. What makes it really enjoyable is the three bedroom two bath condo that we rented from Keith Edwards. Spotlessly clean all modern conveniences and appliances. Furniture well above standard. The biggest lanai that we have ever stayed in, including a well appointed kitchen on the Lanai itself. A very quiet and peaceful second floor at the end of the unit, no neighbor above and none on one side. Few of the pond with the fountain, and you can see an occasional turtle making his way. I will definitely stay there again sometime in the future.
