5. Cars MUST be parked in the driveway, street parking is not permitted. Parking passes (limit 2) can be found on the kitchen counter and MUST be displayed in the windshield.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
7. Please Note: Exterior security cameras are present and in place at the front and back of the home for added safety monitoring. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas.

This home was beautifully decorated and clean (a plus plus for me)! Perfect open main floor with an open floor plan. All high end appliances (that we didn’t use) but were there if you needed them. The second floor has 3 bedrooms where two of my adult children and spouses stayed. We had an infant with us for the third bedroom. No complaints from them about anything on their level. Each floor had its own heating and air system, which is very important in this type of house. You don’t have a level that’s too hot or too cold-you can adjust each level to suit what’s needed. The top level is where the master suite is located (their whole floor). Although you can use a king bed on the second floor but you’d miss the seating area and porch. We did not use the “spool” as we call it in Atlanta (spa and pool combo) but it’s brand new and I’m sure it’s great. It’s on a terrace level with an alarm so that it’s not easily accessible for small kids-a huge plus again because you don’t have to worry about your kids having access without your knowledge. The location worked for us this trip. It’s located further from the beach but close to the main access road so that you can get anywhere fast without all of the traffic. But you still have a beautiful back “secret” road into Rosemary that you really don’t even know that’s there. It’s gated too so no cut through traffic at all. It is a hidden neighborhood. I would note that there is room for 3 car’s parking-you cannot park on the curb even though you are in a cul de sac with plenty of space and no one around. That was a problem for us. We were notified immediately that we would be towed. we had driven from 3 states with 4 cars?! Park at Publix I guess. Also, even though you are part of what feels like Rosemary, you are not part of their pool-you have access to a small pool near the walk to Rosemary. I would also suggest renting a golf cart if you have smaller children or plan to go back and forth visiting the beach areas. Depends what you are there for. Bikes are provided. Check on the beach access too-we had other plans so we didn’t need to go to this beach but your rental agent will help you with this. Our rental agents were wonderful. The owners of the house go out of their way to make their home comfortable and accommodating for renters. I hope they have families that treat it with respect:)
