Kitchen / Bathroom:
In your spacious open kitchen you will not lack anything. Everything is at your disposal, from dishwasher to stove, a regular oven, a Convectomat as well as a Sub Zero Side by Side refrigerator that automatically produces ice cubes for you. Without any trouble, you have ice cubes at your disposal whenever you want, thanks to the direct water connection.
Crockery and cutlery are available in sufficient quantity to provide for several guests, be it in your individual dining area or at the cozy dining table on the terrace.
Your master bathroom connects directly to your master bedroom and has a vanity vanity unit, a bath and a walk-in shower. The toilet is separated separately by door.
Your guest / poolside bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity vanity, toilet and direct access to the patio and pool area.
Guest bathroom No.2 has a vanity, toilet and a shower tray combination.
Bedroom:
Villa Paradise Dream has 3 bedrooms which sleep up to 6 people.
In the master bedroom is a king size bed available including its own LED flat screen with cable. The view from the master bedroom goes over the pool into the tropical garden.
A modern single-leaf ceiling fan also provides circulation of cool air on warmer days.
You have your own access to the pool and patio area from this room.
The guest room No.1 has a queen size bed and also a ceiling fan.
Guest room # 2 has a queen size bed and has a wonderful view of the tropical garden.

Outside: In your spacious outdoor area, both comfort furniture and dining furniture are available.
The dining / dining area includes a marble table with 6 rattan seating options

We spent 2 weeks at this home and were very satisfied. The house was spotless, well stocked, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was very private and excellent chairs and dining area was provided. Management was very responsive. The only thing missing was a water view.

House was immaculate. Filled with so many lovely statues…indoor and outside. Very well stocked with towels and pool items. Conveniently located minutes from I-75 and Naples downtown 5th Ave. and beaches. Equally conveniently located to Marco Island and Ft.Myers. Owners were very easy to communicate with.

We, my wife and myself, visited Naples, being from time to time our favourite destination in Florida, during four weeks in May. We occupied the “Villa Paradise Dream” for our entire stay based on a monthly contract signed with Frisco Homes Corporation. We enjoyed our stay within the villa very much and we may conclude, that all promises of the corresponding internet portal with respect to quality of villa facilities and surrounding was absolutely true. The villa provides with all its facilities a cleanness which we didn’t expect, it exceeded our expectation by far. Also the quiet environemt of the villa must be mentioned. The location of the villa is very good, Naples downtown can be reached by car within 15 till 20 minutes. To be honest, we envy the owner of this villa a little bit as it offers all what you need for an excellent stay in Naples. And needless to mention, the management of Frisco Home Corportation from signing the rental contract, support during our entire stay till departure cannot be better. Our thanks especially to Mr. Gunnar Ketzler, who always was available in the shortest possible time to answer our questions, if any. Conclusion: We can recommend this accomodation for couples and families, who are looking for an excellent housing with pool as well as a calm environment.

A beautiful home with everything a family could possibly want. Easy access to everything, 5 minutes to store and other places. Just a 10-15 minute drive to the pier and wonderful shops and restaurants Very easy to navigate and get around. The pool was assume and very enjoyable.
