Great location within complex and within Naples itself. Beautiful quiet view of pond from lanai. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. Two televisions and great internet. Very convenient having combination lock on front door. No keys to worry about! Had everything for a perfect vacation, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. No need to bring anything from home. Also, shopping is nearby.

The Appartement with Lakai was very nice and completely sufficient for 2 people. Since the weather was still very hot, we were happy about the perfectly adjusted air conditioning. The Location of the Appartement was very Good, as shopping, Restaurants and Golf courses could be reached quickly. The complex also includes a large Pool that we really enjoyed using.

Friendly, professional and accommodating management. This first floor condo is old but upgraded in a tennis community near the center of the Naples metro. Clean with adequate furnishings. Priced under the seasonal average for Naples, it is reasonable for a no-frills stay. There were a couple of minor plumbing issues which were promptly corrected. Nice view of water features in well maintained landscape.

The Pearl by the Sea apartment is a beautifully appointed, nicely furnished, clean, one bedroom rental in a fabulous, lush, quiet tropical setting in Naples. All is exactly as described and pictured, no surprises or disappointments whatsoever! And the high season rent is still very cost effective. The extras included like beach chairs, umbrella and towels are much appreciated. Gunnar and his company are top-notch people to deal with, responsive, attentive to the renters, easy-going and friendly. The location is ideal, close to downtown, the beaches, shopping, and nightlife. We would not hesitate to rent this property or another from Frisco Homes again! Highly recommended. Thank you Gunnar for making our stay so enjoyable.
