Your living room is fully equipped with a 48 inch LED TV for a relaxing afternoon on the couch or a cozy evening. You will find wireless internet as well as several cable television programs to choose from for free.
You will find enough beach towels, bath towels and other inventory in sufficient quantities. You will not lack anything.
Kitchen / Bathroom:
In your generous open white bright kitchen you will not lack anything. Everything is there for use, from dishwasher to stove with integrated oven as well as a side by side refrigerator that automatically produces ice cubes for you. Without any trouble, you have ice cubes at your disposal whenever you want, thanks to the direct water connection. You just hold your glass underneath and enjoy your cocktail, fruit juice or a cool Coca Cola.
Crockery and cutlery are sufficiently available to serve several guests, be it in your individual dining area or at the cozy Wicker Rattaen outdoor dining table on the patio by candlelight.

Your guest bathroom has a shower with private access to the pool area and is located between the two guest bedrooms in the guest wing on the other side of the villa. Ideall is this spatial resolution if you travel together with other couples or friends and everyone wants to have their own separate area.

The villa has 3 bedrooms which sleep up to 6 people.
The master bedroom has a king size bed.
It also has its own LED flat screen with cable connection and impresses with its very generous view of the optional illuminated pool and the tropical garden. Your master bedroom has its own access to the pool area.
The guest room No.1 has a queen size bed in the bright white Coastal Beach Style

Outside terrace:
In your spacious outdoor area (tiled terrace and additional pool deck), both pool loungers and dining furniture are available.
The outdoor dining area has a wicker modern wicker rattan table with seating for 6 people.
Here you can spend a cozy day at the pool to read a book in peace, to lie in the sun or just spend an evening with friends.
The rear exposure of the terrace is towards the west and gives you until the evening hours, enough sunlight and sunset, as well as a wonderful view over the lake.
The pool is large and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Enjoy the refreshing pool both in summer on hot days and in winter on warm days, optionally also heated electrically with high-end pool heater. For relaxation there is a large integrated Jacuzzi available.
The entire tropical garden is illuminated at night with integrated warm light low-voltage LED spotlights, these automatically go on at sunset and light up for 6-8 hours and provide a cozy atmosphere in the evenings.
For your further convenience, the villa includes keyless entry (no key is required, you will receive from us a four digit code which will be your house key.
Front loader washing machine and front loader dryer are available for you in the villa.

House has a great location. Was clean, we were very comfortable in it. The only thing that would have been nice would be a hair dryer in each bathroom so we wouldn’t have have to share. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would also been really nice. Would rent house again.

Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft. Liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Es liegt in einem schönen und sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet am Ende der Straße an der Wendeplatte. Dadurch ist es hier wunderschön ruhig und erholsam.Auf der schönen Terrasse lädt der Pool zum Baden ein und abends kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wenn man Glück hat, kann man den kleinen Alligator und die 2 Schildkröten in dem kleinen See beobachten. Näher an der Natur geht es kaum.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in wenigen Autominuten und der wunderschöne Strand in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar. Zum nächste Outlet braucht man ungefähr 30 Minuten.Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Herrn Ketzler war Klasse.Wir hatte einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Richard F.Great escape from winter in perfect location.
This is our first time booking a place for a month to get out Vermont winters. What a perfect find. The Villa Westwind is location in a quiet neighborhood, yet it has easy access to all you might want to do and see around Naples. It has a wonderful pool which got a lot of use when our grandkids visited. The pool/lanai looks out over a pond with all types of birds and a resident alligator named Fred. There is quite a collection of white ibis and egrets that spend the night in the trees that border the pond. Inside is a great set up. The master is on one side of the house and the two other bedrooms and 2nd bath are located on the other, As noise travels easily with tile floors, the separation is very nice. It has a large living area and a well appointed kitchen and dining area. However, we ate most of our meals out on the lanai to enjoy the wonderful weather. This was a fantastic winter get away in a wonderful home away from home.

Felt right at home, neighbors were friendly! The owner was available to assist with any questions that came up before and during our stay! He responded quickly and professionally each time. Very happy with our stay. Nice home and we loved the view of the water with the birds. The kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Having the beach chairs, towels and cooler provided made our beach time a breeze. Had a great vacation!

Just spent delightful 18 days at villa westwind.The house is exactly as the “brochure”, really well furnished and spotlessly clean and very impressiveTommy Bahamas beach chairs supplied, the pool is larger than the norm and again kept spotless and a lovely hot tub where you can sit in comfort, at a temp. of 102 degrees, with a glass of wine overlooking a glorious view of the lake with its abundance of bird life, all around, and turtles in the water. Brilliant location, 6mins to 5th if you are lucky with the traffic lights. Management excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful.

We stayed for 4 weeks at Villa Westwind and really enjoyed our stay! The pool and hot tub were a big hit! We also enjoyed watching the different birds in the lake from the lanai. We had some beautiful sunsets also. The kitchen is comfortably stocked with a blender, kurig, coffee maker, tea pot, toaster etc. The master bedroom has a nice king size bed and a beautiful large bathroom. There also was plenty of closet space. Pool rafts, beach chairs, umbrella were also furnished. This house is in a nice safe neighborhood and is very convenient to downtown and the beaches. There are also several good restaurants within minutes of the house. We would definitely stay here again.
