FAST INTERNET (fiber optic): Approx. 300 Mbps download speed and approx. 300 Mbps upload speed via Wi-Fi. Approximately 800 Mbps should be possible via LAN cable.

There are 3 bedrooms, an office space with a twin bed, plus a pull-out couch in the formal living room, along with 2 bathrooms. This house is designed for a maximum of 6 people, but can sleep 7 including the twin bed or up to 9 including the pull-out couch in the living room. There are some areas in the house that do not fit more than 6 people at the same time. Please check out the photos to understand the layout of the house and how much space and seating possibilities are available in the different parts of the house and pool area.

The four TVs in the house only work as following:

1. Master bedroom: 65" Hisense smart TV with Roku.
2. Living room: 70'' Samsung with the Samsung free TV set up. All streaming services should work with an active account.
3. Guest bedroom (next to garage): VIZIO Smart TV, could establish an internet connection, Netflix etc. should work with an active account.
4. Guest bedroom (middle): 43" Hisense Smart TV with Roku.
