The Villa Tropical is located in a beautifully landscaped quiet and well-kept neighborhood. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room with the 50 inch flat screen TV offers a cozy ambience and a pleasant end to the day.
Enjoy a day in the sun on one of the comfortable loungers and refresh yourself in the pool or whirlpool.
An additional outdoor couch set with matching flannies are also available for comfortable rest.
For your entertainment in the outdoor area we offer a TV set including cable connection, as well as speakers optionally switchable and controlled by the stereo.
Towels, beach towels, beach chairs & coolers are available for free at your leisure for your day on the beach.
We look forward to welcoming you as our guest and will take every opportunity to convey this to you.
The pool with its 7.5 m x 4.00 m is above average size and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Enjoy the refreshing pool both in summer on hot days and in winter on warm days, optionally also heated. Also for relaxation is a large integrated Jacuzzi available.

All bathrooms have just been tastefully redecorated with granite and the walk-in showers with tiles. Also, all bedrooms have been redone with wood ambience vinyl floor.
To store your valuables (travel papers, cash, etc.) You have a safe available free to use
For the additional US Basic TV program you now have a Roku box available. With this you can stream free of charge over the Internet various channels, including ARD (German TV), or other etc.

The house was clean, well kept and well stocked with living necessities. The pool and hot tub were great and easy to heat and filter. Plenty of parking and a book explaining most aspects of the house in two languages. There needs to be better documentation on how to use each TV since they are all different.

Spent 11 days at Vila Tropical!!! Gunner was so great and easy to deal with. Unfortunately had car issues and had to stay an extra night and I called him and he said I could stay and just left for that day on table. House is very clean and organized. Would recommend to anyone.

He thought it was too much house for 2 ppl, but once we got there, the house was everything we hoped.for and more. The only issue was we needed the garage space but there was a van in it. The privacy fence made all the difference in the world! The neighborhood was crowded but quiet, and jist so peaceful. We loved it. Thank you!

This house is outstanding. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. There is a tv sitting area outside by the pool so you can watch tv and enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. There is a privacy fence all around the backyard so you have complete privacy your whole vacation. Close to restaurants and Uber Eats deliveries very quickly. Lots of great beaches within 20 minutes. Nice quiet neighborhood. The management team is one of the easiest I have dealt with and are prompt to help with any problems. Would stay here again and again.

The house is beautiful and a great value! Booking through Florida Rentals is definitely the way to go. The pool and the hot tub are a HUGE plus!!! Our kids were able to use the WiFi to get their school assignments done. There are no sidewalks, but the neighborhood is still nice to walk around. The beach and Tin City are about a twenty minute drive away, which isn’t bad at all. Anything you could need to go to the beach is right there in the garage including chairs, a cooler, and beach umbrellas. It was great to grill outside and eat dinner in the lanai area. Gunnar was available to answer the questions we had and he was very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!

I really liked Villa Tropical, I felt at home there; very spacious and well decorated. It's also very quiet, so if you spend your day in the lovely pool it offers or go to the beach, then you'll have a pleasant sleep at the Villa. Also, my kids were able to do their Zoom meetings and learn remotely all thanks to the Wi-Fi the Villa provides. My wife and I and our children have had such an incredible experience there that we're planning on going back next year.

Naples is a great place to vacation. This home was more than my wife and I expected. The list of amenities on the web site were everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub were great and we used them every day. I called the manager, Gunner with questions a couple of times and he immediately took care of us. This company is great to deal with and we will definitely be back.

If you need a perfect place to stay, this is it. Location was a big plus. The Villa itself was extraordinary. Everything you may want to see or need was close by. The owner was amazing to work with, as well as always there should we need anything. My wife and I highly recommend this Villa to stay at.

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful Naples home! We loved the comfy beds, the hot tub, pool, etc. We want to come back! Awesome experience all around. The House is super clean, very private and kept in perfect condition. Everything you will need in the house is well thought by the management and readily available to the renters. Thank you so much for offering this home as a vacation rental! It provided instant vacation for us. We cant wait to come back. Enjoyed the landscaped and fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood. Pooled was heated and grandkids wore me out playing various pool games. Just about every night played a card game enjoying the outdoors in Naples. House had great space and all needed essentials. Did visit Marco Island but would not recommended returning during rush hour as traffic getting to the bridge was horrendous. Also visited Naples Zoo but disappointed with penguin exhibit. Ate most meals at the house and enjoyed meals near the pool.

We (german people :-))spent our annual vacation with the whole family in this house. We were super supervised by the property management.About the house I have to get rid of that it was really lovingly decorated and thought of everything at the furnishing. So much equipment I'm not used to apartments.We felt very well: clean, large, 3 bathrooms, pool, hot tub, a well-kept outdoor area .... and much more. Convince yourself!
