This house is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bath Southern exposure pool home. This home has been fully remodeled featuring custom plank tiles throughout, LED lighting, and stainless steel appliances. The Italian inspired custom bathrooms are designed with level 5 quartzite. An impressive open kitchen and adjacent living area were designed to facilitate the ultimate culinary experience. The spacious master suite that overlooks the pool area features a resort styled master bathroom with a spa like soaking tub and separate standup rain shower. From the open-concept kitchen and living space to the large Travertine pool deck, there is plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. You are only minutes to downtown Naples, Championship golf courses, white sand beaches, shopping, dining and more. Spacious 2 car garage, and a fenced in yard for a small dog.

We were amazed upon arrival, this place is a very nice big home with high ceiling rooms, big nice common place kitchen living room and dining room. Many updates has been made since the pictures were taken, outdoor TV and Roku movie channels is fine as you can sun tanning while looking your favorite TV show or movies. Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms. The owner Jon is very responsive and kind. A very nice place close to many beaches like Marco Island, Naples Pier, Vanderbilt, Clam Pass and Delnor Higgins (voted #1 beach in Florida) We will go back there for sure!

We really did enjoy the place, the house is gorgeous and outstands in the neighborhood. It looks smaller on the pictures but it is a nice big home. Had all we need for a 11 days stay just had to bring our groceries and cook, and enjoy warm and sunny Gulf coast beaches. Well located within 25 minutes driving of the best beaches. There are multiple diversity of beaches from south Marco Island up to Delnor-Wiggins park beach, depending on what you like, endless miles of beach of Marco island, more crowded beaches like Vanderbilt, or natural beaches like Delnor-Wiggins. The parking of these beaches is mostly 10$ per day, payable with cell phone QR code. Delnor-Wiggins is cheaper but have no place to rince your feet in the parking lots you must exit the park first. This house is well maintained and have more than you can expect, even an outdoor TV so you can watch your favorite movie while suntanning on the poolside chair! The master's bathroom is very comfortable as for the amazing shower in it.Hope we will be able to rent this place again! Thanks for offering this nice property! I joined extended family at the house for a reunion to celebrate mother-in-laws birthday. Her home isn't large enough, so I found this beautiful home for us to use as a gathering space. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The amenities are wonderful, the space is terrific, and the pool adds a sweet spot for family gathering. The location so close to the beach is also a big plus. The owner is wonderful to work with as well.
