We absolutely loved our time and the memories made at Poinciana! The house was more than spacious enough for our 6 person family to stay for a week. There was plenty of room for entertainment and to relax. The kitchen and large table were perfect for fun family meals. The heated pool was a key factor for us and we couldn’t have loved it more. The very short walk to the beach was delightful and the house had all the beach necessities. Deko was extremely kind and so very accommodating. A Wonderful host! We will definitely be back to stay!We highly recommend staying here! You will not regret the time spent with family and friends at this exceptional rental!

House was perfect. We had plenty of room to relax. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped the grill and patio area very nice. Added bonus was the screened in pool. After the beach was able to come back to the house and relax in the pool. Everything was perfect and Deko was very easy to work with. Can't to come back!!!

This is a great family vacation home that is pet freindly, 5 minute walk to the beach, and close to downtown. The home has all the amenities needed and the pool is refreshing after a day at the beach. Deko is also an excellent host and is very responsive to any questions.

We had a wonderful stay in Fort Myers. The location of the home was wonderful, just blocks from the beach and good restaurants. The home was clean and spacious. I was amazed at how well stocked it was. It basically had everything one would need. Lots of beach chairs and beach towels and even pool floats. Deko was very easy to work with. She even let us bring our dog, who I think enjoyed it as much as we did. There was nothing better than spending the day at the beach then coming back to the house for a swim in the pool. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

BEACH, POOL, SUN. My family had a wonderful stay in this spacious house. The beach access was a short walk down the street. The pool was the perfect temperature on those hot days. The house was equip with all that we needed for the week. We especially appreciated the use of the beach chairs and sand cart. The house was clean and well stocked with towel for beach and bathing. The kitchen was modern with many small appliances. Having a washer and dryer was a delight (no dirty clothes to take home) Deko was a pleasure to work with and always responded promptly to any emails. Can't wait to come back!

My family of 9 including our Golden doodle stayed at Poinciana for 5 days. At the end of our stay we did not want to leave! It was like a home away from home. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool. The kitchen was awesome, cooking was easy and the grill worked perfectly. Easy access to beach, a 3 minute walk. We even got to see a pod of dolphins close to the shore at sunset! We will definitely come back. Deko is a great owner. She communicated with me from beginning to end.

This was the perfect vacation home to rent for our family of six! Beautiful spacious home with a pool, within a short walk to the beach and close to a beach access, located mid island and within a short walk to catch tram and less than 2 miles from pier. The house had all the amenities we needed and the kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. As a bonus it is located within walking distance to the Mound House which is a beautiful park like setting. I would for sure rent this home again. Deko was so easy to work with and communicate with, always responding to my emails very quickly. I highly recommend this home!
