Dine at the kitchen nook, dining room table for six, or poolside patio table. A weber gas grill, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels, and 4 bikes with bike locks are available for you to use. The washer and dryer are in the garage to easily wash those sandy beach towels.
For the golfer, there are many nearby public golf courses and driving ranges. Public tennis courts are available nearby in Pelican Bay Community Park for a fee. For pickleball, check out Veteran's Memorial Park. Walmart, Publix, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are all nearby for your shopping convenience.

We stayed at Renee & Dan's home for 5 weeks from early January to early February. We are from Missouri and the weather can get a little cold. On an earlier trip to the Naples area, we fell in love with this location and Vanderbilt Beach. This was our first experience for an extended stay. Usually we go on 1 week vacations. But as we move into retirement age, we felt we earned a longer period away from the cooler weather in the Midwest. We are beach people and of the 34 days we had the rental we only missed going to the beach 5 days. The beach is only 0.6 miles away so very handy. We usually parked in the parking lot near Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park and either walked or took the golf cart shuttle to the beach each day. The home comes equipped with 5 bicycles and we did ride them a few times to the beach as well. Upon returning to the house each afternoon from the beach we would jump in the pool or hot tub and enjoy a little quiet time before dinner. We did go to the community pool one time and enjoyed it and met some of our neighbors. All the neighbors we did meet during our 5 week stay were really nice. The house is well stocked with everything you need. Hurricane Ian did some damage along the beach area in September 2022, but didn't cause any issues with the house. There was no water damage inside the house, so no mold or mildew to worry about. We like to go out to eat at a nice restaurant in the evening or hit a happy hour someplace that has live music and dancing. You won't be disappointed for the north Naples area, as there are lots and lots of choices. The house was very clean when arrived and had no issues with anything. Our communication with Renee was excellent and every question we had before our arrival was promptly answered. We have booked the same 5 weeks for 2024 and can't wait to get back down to Naples.

I spent 5 weeks in this lovely home that had everything you’ll need to work with. It was quite comfortable and the neighbours are friendly. The home is very close to all kinds of shopping and entertainment. I’m sure if you are looking to rent you’ll enjoy your stay.
