Coastal comfort is what comes to mind when you walk through the front door. From the wall colors to the tile beneath your feet; you are immediately drawn in and want to enjoy the Florida life! And, it is all updated!
Our condo offers two lanai’s, one off the master to enjoy the morning sunrise and the second off the back of the home offering a nice relaxing waterview, with glass sliders that allow you use all year round. Both bedrooms have smart TV's and the living room has a 65" smart TV. Queen beds in both bedrooms. Our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, spices and dinnerware.
Down the stairs and approximately 20 paces you are at the heated community pool. Lots of chairs and loungers are available at the pool. There are gas grills near the pool. The condo also offers a laundry room, and covered parking with a storage room. The storage room will have everything you need to go to the beach, chairs, umbrella, cooler and a wagon or cart to help you get out onto the beautiful beach. All of this within the Plantation Golf and Country Club, so, if you are so inclined take a stroll over to the club and join but it’s not a requirement to live here. NO PETS.

Area Information

Venice is a beautiful city on the Gulf Coast of Florida. The area is known for it's fantastic beaches including Venice, Manasota and Englewood. Historic Downtown Venice is a great place to browse the many local shops and enjoy the many restaurants that line the streets. If golf is your thing the area is populated with many great courses for your enjoyment. Visit the brand new Atlanta Braves spring training ballpark only 3 miles away. If Tiki bars and entertainment interest you they are plentiful and don't miss the stunning sunsets while you are here.
