Welcome to our vacation rental at Waterscape! Our ground floor condo has two king bedrooms and is perfect for families or groups of up to eight people, with its spacious bunk room and two and a half bathrooms. Located just a few doors down from the pool and beach access, you’ll be able to enjoy all the amenities Waterscape has to offer with ease. This includes multiple pools for all ages, a lazy river, two hot tubs, and an exercise facility, all surrounded by 490 feet of white sandy beach. Beach service is included with your stay, so you can relax and soak up the sun without a worry. Our vacation rental is veteran owned and managed, and we provide added conveniences like a Pack ‘n Play and high chair for our young guests. Our unit is handicapped accessible to meet everyone's needs. Parking is a breeze with our covered parking just steps away. We are located on the first floor, which means no long waits on the elevator! The garage entrance is across the hall and the pool entrance is only down a couple doors, so everything is easily accessible. Our extended patio allows for the space to relax and enjoy a good book.

Parking Notes: GARAGE PARKING ONLY. Parking garage offers open parking, no assigned spaces. 2 parking passes allowed per unit. DO NOT PARK in parking lot located in front of Waterscape or you will be towed. HOA WILL NOT ALLOW ANY BOATS, TRAILERS, OR JET SKIS ON PROPERTY AT ALL. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED.

GARAGE HEIGHT INFORMATION: North Entrance - 9'2" & South Entrance- 7'2" All vehicles between 7'2" - 9'2" will have limited parking available on the 1st floor by north entrance of parking garage. All other vehicles will need to be 7'2' or under to park on first floor and upper levels of parking garage.

Why Kids Love It

Kids love this resort because there is so much to do far all ages. The splash pad for small children is a hit! There is also a shaded play area by the splash pad to keep them busy! We are right on the beach so it is easy to be in the waves.

Waterscape is the best building on this beautiful beach. With four pools, including a lazy river and children's pool, two hot tubs, grills, and easy beach access, there is something for everyone in the group. Take a short walk to the pier to watch wildlife or fish, then enjoy the restaurants and shops. Many restaurants are just a short walk in any direction.
