Manatee Public Beach
Located at 4000 State Road 64 and Gulf Drive, Holmes Beach, which has on-site food and beverages, picnic tables and beach gear for rent.
Cortez Beach and Coquina Beach
Located at the southern end of Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach. Some say this is the least crowded beach. On Sundays, a craft market spreads out under the shade trees at Coquina Beach. There are picnic tables, grills, a walking trail and concessions.
Bayfront Park
Located at 310 N. Bay Boulevard. It has lots of parking but it does fill up on weekends. There’s a playground and some shade, but this is a beach on the bay side of the island, not the Gulf, and it lacks the broad, pure white sand of those amazing Gulf beaches. It is a good place to park to walk around Bean Point, which is a beautiful place to watch the sunset.

This was the most well equipped condo we’ve ever stayed in. The owner was very accommodating! The trip over to the island is very short with little traffic despite what we “heard” prior to our visit. It was super clean. The beds were so comfy and it’s absolutely perfect for large or small families to spread out. We will def be back!

This was our second year renting for March and April in One Particular Harbour and this condo (same footprint) was even nicer than the last. It was so well-equipped and thoughtfully appointed. Even had a small desk for working remotely. We love the location as you are right over the bridge from Anna Maria Island, but you don't have to fight the traffic every time you go out. We were able to explore all the beaches on AMI and they are all stunning. So many great restaurants! Highly recommend Maria Kirk's condo!

This home was everything we needed. Great location with easy access to the beach and grocery store. Very spacious and clean inside! The house was decorated very well with all of the storage space you could need. Stayed here with my family of four and my wife's parents and we had plenty of room. Enjoyed the pool and the BBQ downstairs. Place was stocked with all things needed and even all of the beach gear we could've asked for. Maria was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful condo. Two weeks just wasn’t long enough.Location - The location is very good for quick access to Holmes beach and the fun on Anna Maria Island, and really close to activities that happen on Palma Sola Bay.The Condo property- this is a very secure and well-maintained property, with access to a pool and splash pad. Stay at least 4 weeks to have access to even more amenities, including 2 more pools, gym, clubhouse, etc.The condo - from the moment we walked in we were so impressed with the unit. High ceilings, a wall of sliding glass doors to the lanai, and plenty of light made it so cheerful and welcoming. The rooms are large and very well furnished. The unit was clean, comfortable and well supplied. Honestly hard to come up with any complaints.This was the best vacation!! Don’t hesitate to book. We surely hope to be back next year!

We spent the week with our 5 adult kids at 395 Aruba Cir and we loved it. The condo was immaculate and the grounds were beautiful. We had a 2 minute walk to pier 77 where we could boat out of with our freedom boat club membership, access to multiple pools one of which with two restaurants attached, nature trails across the street for a morning run and a 15 min drive to Anna Maria Island and all of it's beautiful beaches. Zero complaints (even from the kids) and we will be renting there again soon. Maria was a great host.

Just to be clear, Anna Maria Island is only ONE mile away, certainly not a 15 minute drive, it is directly over the bridge which is right outside the resort. I also was not aware my renters were permitted to swim at the Compass hotel pool in the off-season so cannot promise that to any future renters but our gorgeous pool and pool house are steps away from our unit. The location and amenities are second to none. Take care :)"

The condo we rented was superb! We had everything we needed, coffeemaker, adequate utensils for cooking and dining. The parking underneath the unit was nice and the storage area was awesome to use wit beach chairs and hose to clean after our beach trips. The unit was finished beautifully and all three bedrooms had comfortable beds and the bathrooms were excellent. The outdoor screened porch was a nice refuge. The only negative was the properties pool water was too warm and not refreshing, but our children enjoyed the splash pad.Overall a 5-Star Property that was like being home!

1 mile. We are located at the base of the Anna Maria bridge on the Bradenton side. It's a 15 minute walk or 5 minute car ride. There is also free parking at the beach.
No it does not but Freedom Boat Club is located on the premises.
