I travel quite a bit for work and for pleasure and this trip over Easter weekend for pleasure was OUTSTANDING! This house has everything, and the host is amazing. Within the first 10 minutes of being in the house, my two dogs decided to adventure out by the pool and one of them, Benny, decided to check out the yorkies next door, and went to them right through the lanai screen. We called the host and the first thing he said was "is the dog okay?" As you can imagine, I am thinking already that this host is going to tell me to go home :) He had someone over within a few hours to fix the screen and we went on about our day. We watched Easter services from the pool, played games, and cooked meals on the grill and in the kitchen. There are so many stores and places to adventure to - my favorite was Farmer Joes! We also drove awhile out to Pine Island and ate lunch, watched a live band, and just enjoyed the day. I loved this experience and would highly recommend. We hope to go back this summer!!!

Perfect house for our family. Very inviting. Great location to many restaurants/stores. On a canal in a quiet neighborhood. Absolutely loved the covered porch and lanai. Spent most our time soaking up the sun in the pool or on the dock. Enjoyed being able to have meals and relax outside while watching TV. Marty was very kind and friendly and super easy to deal with. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our impromptu get away to Florida. Marty made that possible with his quick replies and flexibility. The home is located in a great walking neighborhood. Don’t miss the burrowing owl sightings around the corner. The covered patio and lanai create a huge outdoor living space which we were able to enjoy rain or shine. Great place. This home was the perfect place for our family getaway. (5 adults and 4 kids age 3-13). Rental was simple and great communication with owner. Easy commute from the airport. Good access to restaurants, shopping, and beautiful beaches. Home is in a nice neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed, including pool toys for the kids. We'll definitely consider this home if returning to Cape Coral.

Marty is a very nice person to deal with and was provided helpful information about the area. The house is in a good location and well equipped. He kept the pool warm which was great. If you are a boater you can get boats delivered. Our favorite area of the house was the outside area with TV. We went boating with other friends so didn't bother renting one. Cape Coral is a nice area with very friendly people.
