OUR STATE REQUIRE DRIVER BOAT ORIENTATION:
We will teach you all there is to know about safe boating in our area. Our State required boating orientation is the best in the area and is an actual guided cruise on your boat with our USCG licensed Captain. This includes knowledge of your boat and its equipment which will include G.P.S, Bimini top, Stereo, and all Coast Guard required gear. You will also learn rules of the waterways for the Cape Coral area along with boat handling tips. Many fun destinations, to visit such as restaurants, boating picnic islets, will be pointed out.

House was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much! Only complaint is I left behind the majority of my wardrobe and they would not ship them to me, even after I paid a fee to have it shipped. My clothes are probably still in the master closet wardrobe.

Sylvia O.Amazing nice & clean home with a stunning view over waterways & unusual service from property management
The very best vacation rental home we have stayed at during our yearly vacations to Florida since 2017. This vacation home was the best so fare. Located on peacefully dead end street on the gulf access water way and was perfect for our family of 8 people, we also catch a lot of fish in the canal and the management also provided us with a rental boat to much lower price then any other local boat rentals company quoted us. The management was very nice and unusual effective to respond on any questions. One time, we wasn't able to start up the heating of outside jacuzzi. The management respond immediately and was at the house within 20 minutes to give us detailed instructions how to use the Jacuzzi. Thank you Eric and Pamela, for your excellent service. We are looking forward to see you next year.
