About the owner: I grew up in the small coastal New England town of Cohasset. I love living close to the ocean and enjoy biking, running, boating, reading, traveling, meeting people and making new friends. I moved to the Tampa Bay area for a brief period many years ago and fell in love with Dunedin. That is what prompted my husband and I to finally purchase a home in this wonderful coastal town.
We currently live on the Cape in Massachusetts but travel back and forth to Dunedin throughout the year. This little community has won our hearts! It doesn't hurt that our best friends are long-time Dunedin-ites, too!
Why this property? Our home is located steps to the Dunedin Causeway where you can walk along the beach, dine @ , kayak on the open water, sit and soak up the sunshine and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets!
The Pinellas Trail which is just steps from our home, is a 38 mile linear park and recreation trail created along an abandoned railroad corridor, providing a unique, protected greenspace for walking, jogging, skating, and biking.
Honeymoon Island State Park, with it's great hiking trails and gorgeous beaches, is located is a 2 mile walk, bike or drive just beyond the opposite end of the Dunedin Causeway.
Downtown Dunedin offers wonderful options for dining, micro-breweries, live entertainment, an after dinner ice cream cone, or a sunset cocktail.
