LOCATION! This beautiful waterfront condo community is in the prime location for you to enjoy your stay! Located on the Dunedin Causeway/Beach & just before Honeymoon Island Beach and Caladesi Island (voted one of the BEST beaches in the U.S.). The community has a fishing pier, kayak launch, ( 2 kayaks included with your condo), heated pool, recreation room with ping pong and large screen TV, and outdoor gazebo grilling areas overlooking the water. Also included are two bikes to use. No need to drive anywhere, you can walk or bike to everything you would need.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, newly remodeled condominium is fully furnished. It is a split floor plan. Master Bedroom has a King size bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom, Dressers and TV. Second Bedroom has a full size bed large walk-in closet, dresser, TV and is across hall to bathroom.
Living Room has a beautiful sofa with a pull out full size bed, an oversized chair with ottoman and large flat screen TV. Condo is furnished and decorated with beach theme and is light and bright.
There is a spacious outdoor balcony off the living room with cozy chairs where you an enjoy the Gulf breeze, peekaboo waterview and the Florida sun.
Kitchen has everything you would need for cooking, and includes microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster & blender.
Bathrooms and Bedrooms are stocked with extra towels and bed linens along with beach towels, beach chairs and a beach cart.
Laundry room located on the first floor - new washers and dryers. Easy to use laundry app to let you know when cycles are finished.
Area Information
The condo is located in the most amazing location. It is walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, marina, the Dunedin Causeway Beach and the PInellas Trail. There is a fishing dock/pier on the property if you like to fish or just enjoy watching the dolphins. The sunsets are amazing every night and very peaceful. There is a kayak launch just off of the pool area and two kayaks for you to enjoy.
The Pinellas Trail is a 45 mile paved trail extending from Tarpon Springs to St Petersburg, FL and runs through the heart of downtown Dunedin. The trail has walkers, bikers, skaters and joggers. Motorized vehicles are not allow but electric bikes are now permitted. Two bikes are included with your Condo unit.
The trail has a multitude of stopping points with bars, dining, farmer’s market, local entertainment and shopping along the way. There are even water fountains for you and your dog and even has a few bike repair poles with common tools to fix your bike under way.

About the owner: I’m Kristin and my family and I have lived in Dunedin for almost 20 years. I am married to a Firefighter/EMT and we have two beautiful children. We love everything outdoors and love our little City of Dunedin.
Why this property? We bought this property early 2021 because we absolutely love the Dunedin Causeway location. We love to bike and kayak ourselves along the Causeway as much as possible. When we found an opportunity to purchase here, we knew that it was such a special hidden gem and we couldn’t pass it up.

We stayed in Dolphin Point Condos we had a beautiful well stocked condo , nicely decorated, and the owners couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our pool was facing the St Joseph Sound it doesn’t get much better than that , very friendly people, and you could walk to restaurants and shopping places . We would definitely return . This Dolphin Point 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was a very comfortable stay on the Honeymoon Island Dunedin Causeway. Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, lovely linens, excellent and well stocked renovated kitchen are just a few of the perks of our stay. There were even passes for the state park. The condo is a short walk to Frenchy's, a favorite local seafood restaurant. Great location to access fishing opportunities. Centrally located close to 2 of our favorite towns- Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. All the best that Florida has to offer. Kristina and John were very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you

Although the weather was the worst Winter per FOX 13 Tampa Bay, since 1940, our Hosts, John & Kristin made it the Best experience inspite of the unpredictable Weather. Any question or concern we may have had was taken care of immediately. The Condo is everything as described here. Updated, Clean, and everything you will need for your stay. Decorated with my favorite Colors of Gray, White, Blue and soft Teal. Plenty of towels, Linens, kitchen utencils to cook if you want to. Love the soft water for my showers and great water pressure too. Frenchy's Outpost Bar & Grill, well known in the Tampa Bay area, is in walking distance one block away. Public's Grocery, ( my Favorite) is three blocks away. Pinellas Trail is approximately two blocks. Honeymoon Island has the Best Sunsets, sandy beach, just a few minutes away, right around the corner.You can walk, ride your provided bike, or drive and park your car right on the Beach. This Condo location is great, because you are close to Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, Safety Harbor, and Oldsmar, all with 10-20 minutes. Each City has something exciting that's worth visiting We couldn't have chosen better Hosts for our Six week stay here. They are kind, sweet good people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Savages' Dolphin Pointe condo. The condo itself is decorated very simply to ensure a soothing and serene "vibe." We appreciated our hosts attention to ensuring we felt welcomed even walking in the door to a personal note- we needed that! The location is absolutely stellar! We didn't get in the car once, everything we wanted or needed in biking or walking distance. This cannot be emphasized enough- if you are looking for a stay that fits an active lifestyle this is the place for you and your family. The view- I cannot imagine there is another place with a better or more expansive view of St. John's Bay looking out to Honeymoon Island. It is stunning night and day. The dolphins appear as if on cue!! The pool- clean and just perfect for us Northerners... The absolute ONLY reservation keeping me from giving a full 5 stars- The regular residents make it known that this is "their territory" with plenty of "our paradise" comments peppering the conversation- it can come off alittle strong-

This location right by the causeway to Honeymoon island, the Pinellas trail and plaza is perfect for biking or walking! The hosts Kristen and John were incredibly hospitable and kind. We had a leak in the AC and they were responsive and had it fixed right away! The bikes, kayaks and Honeymoon Island pass were also amazing to have on hand. Would love to stay here again! Thank you to the hosts for an awesome stay!
