We ( 2 Seniors, Son, daughter, Son-in-law, 4 grandkids) had so much fun. We found everything about the house, location, places of interest, etc., as described in the very informative "Escape in the Cape Villa" handbook. The owners, Marc and Joy were fantastic! Any questions were quickly addressed. Did everything possible to ensure we had a memorable stay and felt very much "at home." Even left us a bottle of red wine. The house was spotless. Loved the layout, especially the beautiful backyard private pool with a fully screened in porch. Great location, grocery store (Publix) and Walmart within short walking distance. Lots of very good restaurants within a short drive. Spent a leisurely afternoon at beautiful Sanibel Beach. Grandkids especially enjoyed looking for shells. Yes, absolutely we would visit again. A great choice for a fun Florida family vacation. A 5 out of 5 stars is well deserved.

This was our second stay at the property. The house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and well maintained. It met all of our expectations! The pool was fabulous. We spent lots of time in the pool and around the patio area - set up perfectly for entertaining and enjoying time outside! The house was perfectly located for us - close to great restaurants and just a short drive to visit friends in the Fort Myers and Naples area. The owners were wonderful to work with - very responsive with any questions or requests. We will stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Escape In The Cape Villa. So close to the water. Beaches everywhere and when we felt like staying home, the pool and deck area were all that and more. Comfortable beds, nice appliance and a kitchen perfect for cooking special meals. The Villa felt like home after just one night. We found amazing restaurants, shopping, kayaking and deep sea fishing right across town. Perfect for families, guys trip, girls weekend, winter getaway.....perfect for ANY reason. Look no further than Escape In The Cape Villa.

We have had several excellent rental experiences and this Cape Coral/Fort Myers rental was the best. The home is spacious and in excellent condition. Even though “beaches” were in our plans, my wife spent many hours relaxing in and around the pool. Everything we needed was available for us. The location is really good. We were there while colleges were on spring break yet getting to Fort Myers Beach and to Sanibel were easy drives as we left around nine a.m. for those trips. If you enjoy more nature than just the sun, sand and water, the Four Mile Ecological Preserve in Cape Coral provides a walk through natural surroundings and the J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge in Sanibel has a trolley tour that lasted nearly two hours with a driver/host who was wonderfully knowledgeable. The Edison Ford Winter Estates in Fort Myers provided guided and self-guided tours with self-guided our choice. We enjoyed the history although we were not allowed to take one of the 1910 vintage trucks for a spin just as no one else was allowed to do. That lack of being able to tour the streets driving one of those original vehicles was the biggest disappointment of our time in Cape Coral/Fort Myers which means that our days were everything we wanted them to be. As for that pool, a large, inflatable swan is available as a raft and swimming companion. I was able to take a truly memorable picture of my lovely wife trying to get on the raft from the back rather than the side. My photo of the splash she created as she flipped over will fit in well with the hundreds of pictures she took. Communications with the owners could not have been better. Finding our way around was easy. The neighborhood has a feeling of being very safe. The street is not busy so the locals walk on the side of the street, waving at us as we approached as if we were locals. We were comfortable everywhere we went on our trip.
