Our condo is located on beautiful Fort Myers Beach at 2580 Estero Blvd. Unit 205. The condo overlooks the pool and beach and provides wonderful views of the gorgeous sunsets that Fort Myers Beach is known for. It has a large master bedroom with a king bed and a newly remodeled master bath. The master bedroom has a built-in desk area, and plenty of closet space. The guest bedroom has a king size bed and has ample closet space. Both bedrooms have a TV. The main bath is adjacent to the guest bedroom entry. The main bath is also recently updated. The Kitchen, dining room, living room, and screened in lanai have been newly remodeled. The kitchen has all new GE appliances, and is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare your favorite meals. The living area is open and airy with the dining area and kitchen providing an easterly exposure and the living room and lanai providing a westerly exposure. You can view gorgeous sunsets while sitting on the lanai.
All new hurricane windows and sliders were installed in 2015.
Fort Myers Beach is noted for its white sand beaches and is considered one of the safest beaches in North America because it has little to no undertow. It is also known for its beautiful sunsets.
We provide beach chairs, along with a beach umbrella, and an umbrella sand auger to mount the beach umbrella. We also provide a cooler you can take to the beach or pool. Additionally we provide plenty of beach/pool towels. We provide all the beach/pool tools you will need.
We provide the majority of the daily supplies you will need, such as toilet paper, paper towels, tissue paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap, etc. Many other condos do not provide these daily necessities.
Our condo has everything you need for a fun filled tropical paradise vacation. All rentals are one week minimum.
NOTE: Additional cleaning protocols to follow CDC and state and local guidelines have been added to ensure the safety of our renters!
BOOKING PROCEDURES: All bookings at Estero Beach Club are coordinated through our onsite rental office. Once you decide to rent, I will email the rental office to instruct them to email you the registration information, confirmation of payments, and payment instructions. Payments are normally made via personal check or money order and mailed directly to the rental office. If you prefer to pay online, I can accept online payments using PayPal or VENMO. NOTE: all renters must be at least 25 years old.

Why Kids Love It
Do to past problems with families with children, we no longer rent to families with children under the age of 18.
The condo is located one mile south of the Fort Myers Beach pier and Time Square, which is the center of many beach activities, and hub for numerous shops and restaurants. There are also many restaurants within a much closer walking distance that provide a variety of dining experiences. The Island Trolley stops in front of our building and runs the entire length of the island. At the South end of the island the trolley stops at Lovers Key State Park, and at the North end of island it stops at Bowditch park, home of the famous Fort Myers Beach gopher tortoises. If you come by car, we have a reserved covered parking space. A Publix grocery store is located one and half miles south on Estero Blvd. You can walk the beach to the grocery store or in the other direction walk on the beach to Times Square.
The Fort Myers Beach Library is located one block away. Ball diamonds and tennis courts are also within a blocks distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Three of the beach's favorite breakfast places, Mom's, Heavenly Biscuit, and the Island Pancake house, are very close.
For fine dining at sunset try the Fresh Catch restaurant next to the Junkanoo restaurant. 1/4 mile south of the condo. Charros Bros. Mexican restaurant in Seagrape plaza next to library has authentic Mexican fare at very reasonable prices. The Tuckaway, one of Fort Myers Beach' favorite coffee spots, is just two blocks north of Estero Beach Club. The Tuckaway is also known for their excellent waffles. The best kept secret is the Island View Restaurant on top of the Lani Kai hotel. On Sunday nights they have two for one pasta night. Excellent dishes at a more than reasonable price. The Smoking Oyster Brewery (SOB) on Old San Carlos street, has great food and a wonderful open air atmosphere. In downtown Fort Myers try Firestone's restaurant for dinner. It has a great menu and excellent dishes! Also off the Island near Targets on San Carlos Blvd. is Terra Nosta. This is an excellent Italian restaurant.
The best shelling is at Lover's Key State Park after a high surf!

Notes:
All rentals are handled through the Estero Beach Club rental office. Once it is determined that you are ready to rent, I will instruct the rental office to email you the registration information and the confirmation of charges. Normally payment for rentals are handled via personal check. If you desire to pay by credit card or electronic funds transfer, I have both a VENMO and PAYPAL account. When using a credit card with PAYPAL there will be a 3% processing charge added to the rent amount and taxes are collected on the full amount.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT - All new renters will be required to pay a $300 refundable damage deposit. The damage deposit will be returned as soon as the cleaning company verifies there is no damage or need for additional cleaning. Normally within a weeks time. Prior renters with good rental records will not be required to pay a damage deposit.
NOTE: all renters must be at least 25 years old.

The Estero Beach Club is wonderful and Mike Alexander's apartment is a State of Perfection. We are finishing ten days there; everything is first class in this comfortable and well equipped, essentially new apartment after a complete remodelling. You will not be disappointed!The pictures on show you exactly what you get - but when you see it, it's even better and more than you expect. What might surprise you is the expansive view of the beach and Gulf, with Sanibel Island in the distance. Mike's informative loose leaf notebook (by the big TV) is full of everything you need to know about about EBC and Mike's apartment. To top it off, Mike is patient and pleasure to deal with.Bill L

Love, Love, Love! This condo is everything it said it was and more. It is so spacious and very well equipped with everything we needed for a great vacation. The views from the screened-in balcony and master bedroom were stunning. The location is perfect. We saw dolphins every day. The pool was refreshing and well maintained. We've stayed in other condos at this property, but this on is our new favorite! We had a wonderful vacation!!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It literally had everything that we needed while staying there. The upgrades and decor are very nice. It is convenient that they even provided a couple of coolers! We like the complex. It is clean, quiet and on a beautiful beach. The proximity to everything is perfect...walkable to Time Square, the pier and the many restaurants. I appreciate how easy it was to communicate with the owner about the condo. I have already told others about the nice place and great location.

Everything Michael told us was spot on! Condo was well furnished, beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all the necessary cooking utensils, washer and dryer was very accessible one floor below (bring 8 quarters for one wash and dry load). There was a screened in patio with a wonderful view of gulf where sunset was easily visible if you didn’t want to walk out to beach. As I write this I couldn’t think of one thing that I would say was not up to our standards. They supplied chairs for beach, but bring or buy a beach cooler upon arrival for your refreshments on the beach. Overall highly recommend!!

We can't say enough about how great this unit and location is. The pictures are enticing but they do not do the condo justice.The condo renovations are fantastic. Very high end, yet a wonderful homey and comfortable feel to relax here. The Lanai is a very large screened area and we enjoyed lots of time taking in the paradise views. The view from the master bedroom is incredible as well.The Estero Beach Club is at a great location and nice size for being close to the shops/ restaurants, but a bit quieter area down the beach. The property management was so welcoming and accommodating for us, also.We had the same great communication/ assistance with the owner for setting up the reservation and with any questions we had. There were helpful instruction materials in the unit as well.We've done a few VRBO rentals in the past and we were excited to find the site. Everything went very smooth through this site.This trip is an experience we won't forget, and hope to repeat at this exact unit as soon as we possibly can!

Loved this condo! Falling asleep every night to the sounds of the ocean was my favorite thing, and waking up seeing the ocean right from your bed. The condo is very clean and well equipped. You can tell the owners takes pride in their little slice of paradise! So happy, we rebooked for next year, can’t wait to be back! On site managers Marti and Todd were so friendly and helpful. Everything you need here is within walking distance. We were lucky to be there for New Years, the fireworks were outstanding!

We absolutely loved this condo! Location was perfect! Beach is beautiful, close to shops and restaurants- walking distance. Condo was clean and perfect for 4 adults. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, well maintained and updated, nice pool and hot tub. Great view of ocean and beach! Definitely recommend this place to others - stop looking - this is the place to rent!!!

The pictures of this fantastic beach condo does not do it justice. It had absolutely everything one would need for a wonderful week at the beach. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with every utensil you could need. The furniture was comfortable and the updates in the bathroom were fantastic. I can’t stress enough how CLEAN this place was. I have been using airbnb and vrbo and similar sites for years and this was by far the cleanest place I have stayed in. The owner was so friendly and helpful to work with and didn’t mind any questions at all and made some wonderful recommendations as well. it’s so close to Times Square and to get to things to do but far enough away where you don’t feel like you are a college student so in my opinion the location is also wonderful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful condo in a quiet setting. We were very happy here for the week. The condo is very well equipped for cooking in when you want to. Beds are comfortable. The only thing I would change is key pad locks. Carrying keys around is a pain when you’re in bathing suits. Overall, a very nice place with a good proximity to many activities.

We had a wonderful vacation in FMB at Alex's Beach Condo at Estero Beach Club. We had good communication with the owners and the condo management and we able to check in early afternoon. We were steps from the beach and pool. We enjoyed our beach walks to the center of FMB and watched beautiful sunsets every night. We enjoyed a short walk to the sanctuary to watch the sun rise. The condo itself had a well stocked kitchen and linen closet. We enjoyed meals on the screened porch overlooking the pool. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. The wi-fi was powerful enough for our boys to snap chat their friends back home with great beach photos and mom to do a little work. We can not comment on the cable as TV was low on our priority list during this vacation. We enjoyed the farmer's market on Wednesday and enjoyed the grounds of the Mound House. We were luck enou to see a dolphin just off shore during one of our many walks on the beach. Overall our vacation was one of our best FL trips yet.

Close enough to enjoy everything, and yet not bothered by larger crowds down the beach. Regarding the TV - we provide a DVR box so our guest can record their programs and watch them at their leisure. Not many condos provide that service!"
