Lots of lighting has been added so that you can relax in the lanai under the fan during the evening hours. There is plenty of outdoor seating as well as a gas grill and tables and chairs for everyone if you desire to cook out. Our home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood one street across from the beach, literally a 5 minute walk. Use our beach cart to easily haul the beach chairs (furnished) and all of your beach toys and supplies. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our home sleeps 6 adults. Each bedroom has a king bed. If you have little ones there is a stroller and a pack & play available for use. The living room and dining room are open which makes it very convenient for everyone to communicate and enjoy the company of family and guests during your meals or leisure while indoors. The Publix grocery is located a mile north and Santini Plaza is a mile south. The minimum stay is 7 nights. We rent Saturday to Saturday. Our home did not have any water in the home or any water damage to living areas during the last hurricanes. We were very fortunate and have made many improvements including updating our electrical system, a new roof, decking replaced, added new kitchen appliances, and brand new caging around the pool and outdoor living areas. Very nice, well-kept family beach house just across the street from the beach. The screened pool area downstairs was awesome with plenty of room to grill, eat dinner, play games and relax by the pool and hot tub. We were at first concerned because hurricane damage to neighboring properties are still being cleaned up and rebuilt but this did not affect us at all. We still felt very safe and and the beach was in great condition. The owner was easy so work with and responded to messages very quickly. We would definitely rent this house again.

We rented this home for our family Christmas in Florida. Everything about it was absolutely perfect. The owners were more than accommodating and even let us get in a day early. We had a perfect view of the ocean and just a walk across the street to the beach. We are very grateful for the time spent there and I would highly recommend visiting there.

Our stay was great. There was plenty of room for the seven of us. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the pool. In fact, the whole family had a great time in and around the pool. It was really nice that the bathroom had a door to the pool area. The owner of the house was really awesome to work with. I sent her a message and it was not long before my concern was answered. We would really glad we rented this house and would recommend it to others.

Perfect blend of a home/resort feel. The home is clean, spacious, well stocked and decorated so beautifully. The upper deck and outside lanai pool area made it feel like a resort. The location is perfect where you have easy beach access, can ride bikes to Times Square but you have the quiet of being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle. Loved it! Thank you Bob!

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this home! The weather was beautiful, the food delicious, and the house was so very comfortable and inviting. It is wonderfully equipped, and the lanai and pool area just topped it off. I would highly recommend it. It is a quiet neighborhood, and the walk to the beach was just a few minutes away. Mr. Matthews was very personable and working with him was a joy. We will stay there again. I am sure of it!

This was a great pic for our family reunion. Plenty of room for the 8 family members. We loved the pool and hot tub . The house is closer to the beach than we had thought. Walking to the beach everyday to see the sunset was great! Quiet neighbor hood. I just hope we were not too noisy. By 10:00 everyone in the neighborhood is quiet. The house had 2 refrigerators. One in the house and 1 down stairs which we fill both with groceries. The beds were so comfortable we all slept too long, The showers were great. Not one bug was found. I definitely want to go back. Bob the owner always answers his phone if you have questions. Every where we went was close. The grocery store, shopping, and restaurants. I Highly recommend this house to rent . Although I would like to keep it a secret. S o much fun !! 5 stars!! Price is very reasonable.

My Family loved this beautiful home located mid-Estero Island (Ft. Myers Beach), in a location that was both quiet and close enough to the all attractions. The kids(older teens) enjoyed the hot tub and pool after spending the day at the beach. The house includes access to a grill and with the Publix's market only a short distance away we were able to grill and eat in the lanai while enjoying the warm fresh air of Florida without the bugs. We will be planning on visiting again.

We stayed here last month. It was a great house, beautiful pool and spa area and it was just a street over from the beach. It was so easy to walk to! My kids loved hanging around the pool! This house had all the amenities that you would need. It was close to the grocery store and to a great deal of restaurants! It had a great set up for my family. I will definitely be coming back and recommending it to my friends.

We have stayed in this home 3 different times, location is great, house has everything you need and more, . We really enjoy the lower level area where the pool is and a great area to hang out with TV and frig makes a great area to enjoy good times The shuttle stop is right around the corner will get you to time square. We love spending time on the beach , we frequently go to Sandpipper which has a great tikki bar. We also like the Fish Tale restaurant. . Bob is fantastic to work with has always provided us with all the information we need and is available if you need anything . We will be back again.

We enjoyed 2-1/2 weeks at this wonderful home! Bob is such an easy person to talk to, very responsive. We had no issues at all. You are a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. The house has everything you need: For the beach/pool, there are tons of towels, toys, chairs, carts, coolers, etc. There are more than enough linens, bath towels, dishes, cookware, small kitchen appliances, glasses, you name it and it's probably there! The beds are very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. And some personally important things: VERY good water pressure, and you do not run out of hot water! It gets hot quick. I had the dishwasher going and both showers were in use. We never ran out! That's so nice! Lol. There is an armoire full of things for the kids, like color books, toys of all sorts. The wifi worked great! There were tons of things running at the same time and we never once had an issue. The pool, hot tub and the entire downstairs area is just incredible. So very relaxing. (Although a small suggestion: maybe more lighting or string lights.) This home gave my family a perfect vacation. I am 100% confident you will not be disappointed! This home is at the top of my list for repeat stays! I can't say anything bad. Oh, and Bob, I loved the decor! Beautiful coastal furnishings throughout. I admired every room. I really can't say enough about how pleased we all were.

Lori W.Family friendly home mid-island with pool & hot tub
We are frequent visitors to Ft Myers Beach and this is one of the best private homes we have rented in the past 10 years. Our family of 6 adults and 2 grandkids were there at Christmas time. The pool and hot tub are in great condition and were in constant use during our week there since the weather was a little chilly for the beach. Short walk to the beach too to watch the beautiful sunsets! Publix grocery store, movie theater and Santini Plaza are not far. The owners are so easy to work with and you feel like you are home when you walk into the home. Some of the things we especially appreciated are the kitchen staples in the kitchen, starter soaps, bathroom tissue and paper towels, and kids' toys, etc provided. We were blessed to also be allowed use of the Christmas decorations in the hall closet! We had a wonderful week and would highly recommended renting this home. We hope to visit again in 2020.

Once you check in....you truly feel at home. Everything was clean and neat. The kitchen was very well supplied, as were the linens and bathrooms. The house is a very short walk to the Gulf, and only a mile from Publix. BUT...the best ; most enjoyable part is the huge cage over the entire back yard. The under house patio set up; including refrigeration and seating for many; is tied right into the beautiful salt water pool and spa. You almost didn't need to leave to enjoy your vacation. AND...yes you can see a small view of the Gulf from the upper deck..just enough of a clearing to check the wave activity. We enjoyed all of the meals we prepared on the patio set up there. We stayed here in april of this year with another couple and my husband and I went back wk of Oct 13th for our anniversary, (the house is way to big for 2 people but we loved the house that much ) location is great , trolley right in front of main street and beach directly across street. There is a nice cart to load everything up for your day at the beach. The house has everything you need plus more. The pool is great and it's right there at the house. Bob the owner is great !!! We will book again next year. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Fort Myers!!

This was our third time renting the house from Bob and we couldn't be happier! We love hanging out by the pool in the lanai, evening walks to the beach to catch the sunset, and exploring the area. The house accommodates all 8 of us perfectly (5 adults and 3 kids). All of the rooms have king size beds and good sized closets. The house has a nice washer and dryer so you don't have to pack so much, It's close to the Publix, so you don't have to fight traffic to get to the store, and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. We love coming to this house and spending time on Fort Myers Beach. Thank you so much for opening your home to us! We can't wait to come back next year!

Five of us stayed for a week, and it was awesome! The lanai area in the back was a great spot to waste away the day soaking up the sun by the pool. The entire house was beyond clean, and we had more than enough space for all of us. We could see the ocean from the upper level deck, and the walk there took about five minutes to a beautiful beach. The owner, Bob, is more than accommodating and super easy to work with. We will definitely be giving him a call for next year!
