We provide our guests with everything they need for a comfortable stay including but not limited to paper towels, toilet paper, zip-lock bags, foil and parchment paper for cooking needs, cleaning agents, laundry supplies, iron and ironing board, hair dryers, hot rollers (yes, ladies), a set of shampoo and bath necessities to start you off - in case you forgot to bring your own. There are beach chairs, beats towels, beach bags, beach cart... All you beed is a pair of flip flops and a bathing suit!

50% deposit is required at the time of the reservation with signed contract and application.

Inna has thought of everything to make your stay perfect! For starters, when you walk through the door, you're welcomed with a bottle of wine. The condo is decorated beautifully and is fully stocked with everything you need from beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and even a pump to inflate your rafts. Quality towels, linens, appliances...all top notch! I had a little mishap and Inna was so gracious in her response. I could go on and on with how wonderful this rental is. We stayed here for almost two weeks and this was the best apartment we have ever stayed in! EVERYTHING we needed was already in the apartment. Inna was always very friendly and respondend within a very short time when I send an email. All 4 of us loved it here and I really can recommend this wonderful penthouse. Iris really close to the beach (8 minutes walk, no problem with the little beach trolly) and it has also a very nice pool. Thanks Inna for the wonderful vacation we had here in Naples :-)

We stayed in this excellent penthouse condo for the 4th time in May. It's incredibly well equipped and ideally located a few minutes walk from Vanderbilt beach, a few minutes from good restaurants and Publix and Wholefoods nearby. Location is excellent as we don't mind the short drive into old Naples for a visit. The place is very well equipped, the owners have considered everthing you may need to make your stay comfortable. Also i have visited this place multiple times and the place is continually refreshed and updated by the owners each year. Thank you for all the effort you put into your holiday rental property It is appreciated.

Our stay at the Regatta in Naples was amazing. A quiet family oriented, gated, safe, exceptionally clean condo with everything you could possibly need. Our condo rental was well stocked with everything from beach chairs, coolers, kids beach toys, kitchen appliances, kitchen and bathroom paper products, a variety of soap products for dishwasher,, washing machine, to quality towels, linens, great mattresses. Pool area with the waterfall is clean and well maintained.A perfect location and a short drive to many area attractions, catamaran sailing on the Miss Naples, airboat rides is a must in the Everglades, a hike through the Corkscrew preserve area and renting a pontoon boat in Bonita Springs for an entire afternoon. So much fun. We cannot wait to return.

This is a beautifully well appointed unit with quality furnishings and décor.The owner has gone above and beyond to ensure you have everything you will need during your stay.Her attention to detail and organization is incredible. The balcony is spacious and has a great view of the ocean in the distance that can be seen over the tops of other buildings.We could not see the actual sun as it set but only the glow as is was obscured by the Ritz but was still enjoyable.Our stay was in late January so maybe the view of the sun changes with the month. The beach is a ten minute walk with only one street to cross.It is close to many restaurants and is a short drive down 41 to the city of Naples.

Great location in Naples FL. Within walking distance of Vanderbilt beach and restaurants (on beach). Condo was furnished with all amenities a person needs. Clean and well maintained. Great pool and hot tub with a nice grilling area. Inna was great to deal with, well organized and very prompt at answering any questions we may have had. Overall we were very happy with our stay and will visit again!!

We have been coming down to Naples for many years now. My Father-in-law had a place in Naples which we stayed a for vacation, the past 18 years. He has since passed away, and now we look for places to rent. Inna's condo is the 2nd placed we've rented, and the last place we will be going to stay as long as she will have us. I spend a great deal of time researching on line, for location, pricing, reviews, ownership response's and always on the look out for Red flags. Inna's place does check all the boxes in every aspect. Great location, fair pricing, glowing reviews, beautiful accommodations, and ownership that does respond quickly. It's also nice to know that she does receive joy from memories made by family and friends that stay there. These are just a few reasons that her condo rents out so often. This was our 2nd stay here, and we are already looking forward to next year. As in our review last year its 5 stars on the condo and 6 stars on ownership. Anyone fortunate enough to stay here will not be disappointed. Thank you Inna. Look forward to returning.

We stayed in this lovely high end condo for a week. We travel quite a bit and know what we like. Inna is very organized, honest, and very accomodating. Her condo is everything described and then some. There is an extensive book covering any question in any area you may have concerning the condo and area. Every light switch is labeled, everything is clean and like new. The furniture and beds are comfortable. There is nothing that Inna forgot or left out. Whether you stay for a week or a season, this condo has everything you need in the kitchen or beach. She is very accesssible should you have a question or problem. Renting from her raises the bar to other rentals we may choose in the future....but should we return to Naples, this is the condo i would rent without hesitation. This condo is a home not a rental.

Outstanding vacation rental! Just came home from our annual girls vacation, and every single thing we could have needed or wanted is provided by the owner Inna. The condo is very clean, well appointed, with comfy bedding and decor. The location is a short walk from the beach, with a great small beach bar/restaurant in between, and there is a beautiful pool with a hot tub. Can't say enough good about it, my friends and I highly recommend this rental! Also appreciated the covered parking area. Thank you Inna!

Lori W.Beautiful Condo in Naples Florida
We had a fantastic stay at the Regatta these past 10 days. Inna's condo is absolutely beautiful and she has thought of everything you might need and provided it for you. Unlike many condo rentals, she had provided all of the basic necessities such as paper towels, toilet paper, ziplocs, spices, dish and laundry soap.....the list goes on. We just had to buy a few groceries and start having fun. The condo was clean, well maintained and well stocked. We even had beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach towels available for our use. The beach is a short walk and the sand was white and clean. My daughter and her friends went paddle boarding from Vanderbilt Beach and saw dolphins, sea turtles and other wild life. Restaurants and shopping were convenient too. We had perfect weather....80 degrees and sunny every day. If you get tired of the beach, the pool is a great spot to relax with your choice of sun or shade. They also had two huge barbeques by the pool that we used to cook out one night. Overall, one of the nicest places we have rented on VRBO. Thank you, Inna, for sharing your home with us!
