Why this property? Small subdivision with community pool and heated hot tub across the street. This property is in close proximity to it all - This has it all for me.

Robert M.Wonderful vacation spot
The location is great- close to markets and shopping and I-75. Vanderbilt Beach is only a 10- minute drive. The townhouse was immaculate with all the amenities you might need. The pool is literally a one minute walk from your door. Our owner, “Bo”, was so accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We regret that due to my wife’s health we will not be returning next year.

This sparkling clean townhouse was the perfect accommodation for us! Located just minutes from beaches, shopping and grocery stores it also offers nice paths for walking and bike riding. Furnished very thoughtfully with every amenity. We frequented the pool and hot tub to kick back and relax. Lots of space for family and friends to enjoy! We’d love to make a return visit! The owners were fantastic and always available to answer any questions we had.
