The spacious villa has two sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. One of the sitting room area overlooks the private pool.
There are 4 bedrooms in total. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom. And the third and fourth bedroom has twin beds with a shared bathroom. All linens provided. All towels and hairdryers provided.
The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you need has been provided. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets.
The lovely screened pool has plenty of patio seating and is surrounded by beautiful Florida vegetation. You have an ample supply of pool towels and pool furniture. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.
Our local Managing Agents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining our villa. You can call them for any assistance you might need.

We had a wonderful time in this villa. We always love coming to the Bellavida resort. Our favorite location near the Disney parks. The villa is modern and was clean and has lots of privacy. We had a problem with the electronic doorlock, but it was fixed very quickly.

Amazing villa, very clean, well furnished, modern. Beds all comfortable, kitchen has everything you need. Pool and pool deck were wonderful, we had many happy hours there. Highly recommended. Very easy reservation process.
