Spacious boat dock offers seating – the perfect place to enjoy the evening sunset right next to the water, just sit back and enjoy your favorite cocktail at the end of another beautiful day in paradise. Also a great area for manatee & dolphin watching or fishing right off the dock (fishing poles are available for your use). Search for unique Burrowing Owls that live in the neighborhood.
The expansive dock runs the entire length of the seawall (85 ft). New Tiki Hut for relaxing / morning coffee / sunset cocktails on the dock. Bring your own boat or rent from a local boat rental company so you can access the canals and water ways.
2 Kayaks with life vest and 3 bikes are available for your use during your stay at your own risk.

Huge 4 panel window/sliders in the living room can be fully opened and transform the living area into an extended terrace. Plenty of outdoor seating for all of your family and friends around the paver lanai for eating and relaxing. 1300 + SQ FT additional screened outdoor living area.
The NEW screened lanai offers a breathtaking heated pool surrounded by various tropical palm trees. The shaded seating area located directly next to pool comes with gas powered NEW outdoor grill as well as an outdoor WiFi TV and bluetooth stereo sound system. Relax by the gas fire table in the evening.
The open and modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils to prepare any meal. Pots and pans, dishes, toaster, blender, coffee pot and microwave. Granite countertops with tons of space. There is a dining table that is right next to a huge panoramic window that offers a breathtaking view over the pool and the canal as well as counter bar height seating available. We supply all basic needs as well as a variety of spices and condiments along with trash bags, dish soap, paper products and more.
The family room offers a spacious living area with TV and DVD to stream your own services with ** free high speed wireless internet. A bluetooth stereo and sound system round off the entertainment package. Pull out sofa sleeper bed for extra guests.
Master bedroom with direct access to the pool lanai area and king size bed. The ensuite master bath has a jetted bathtub, a spacious shower and his and hers vanities. Walk in closets. WiFi TV in bedroom.
Junior bedroom and guest bedroom one with a Kinq size bed and one with queen size bed + pullout twin mattress & 2 pack and plays. The junior bedroom shares a bathroom with 2 sinks and tub/shower with the guest bedroom. WiFi TVs in all bedrooms. The house offers split floor plan with 3 bedrooms for up to 9 guests.

If your interest is fishing then Matlacha Pass, Pine Island Sound, and the other surrounding waterways are known to offer some of Florida’s richest fishing grounds. You can hire guided trips for inshore fishing, rent a kayak, or take the water taxi from nearby Pineland marina across to the beautiful off-shore islands of Cabbage Key and North Captiva Island.

The house was beautiful, clean and the sunset down the canal are breathtaking! The pool is the perfect size for friends and family and it has just about every amenity you need to make an amazing meal and not go out and spend money!The bedrooms were great size. The king size bed we stayed in was so comfortable! The bathroom was clean and had what we needed, if we didn’t.I’d definitely go back!!

The home was very well equipped, with large kitchen, 3 adult beds, and a nice pool with lots of toys for a 3 yr old, (both pool toys and general play toys). Clamp-on high chair for the 1 yr old., and pack and play for sleep. Very close to Publix and Farmer Joe's for groceries. Great kitchen and outdoor bbq. Lots of opportunity to enjoy both sun and shade outside with nice large table and lounge chairs. Would definitely come back!

From the moment we walked in we knew this place was going to be all we needed for our family vacation!! Place was VERY clean and has everything you need for a great vacation. We used the paddle boards to watch the sunset and sunrise, we used the pickleball paddles at a court nearby, and the bikes. We loved the outdoor area with the pool, fire pit, and grill. The little tiki hut down on the dock was fun to hang out in while we fished off the dock. If you’re looking for a great, safe area, that has it all.. this is your place.. We had the most amazing family vacation staying in Cape Coral. We loved using the pool and outdoor dining area for games and enjoying the sun! We also loved sitting on the dock with the canal. Another bonus was that there are grocery stores and restaurants down the road making it convenient to pick up things we needed. We will definitely be visiting again!

The home was extremely clean upon arrival, the rooms were all spacious and comfortable. Very cute decor in every room, coastal themed and has that classic beach house feel. Our family spent so much time in the pool, which was very well-maintained. The outdoor entertainment system (TV and speakers) was an added plus. Everything was in great condition and worked well, we had no complaints. Gorgeous views all around and in a very family-friendly neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a fantastic stay at the property. The accommodations were very comfortable, clean and tidy. It was great to have the full size washer & drier, all the kitchen gadgets and appliances available to us, we didn’t want for anything. Loved all the wildlife and couldn’t get enough of the Manitee that we’d see daily off the dock in the channel! We would highly recommend staying at the property and will do so in the future. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very nice.

This house has all of the basic and necessary supplies for a relaxing vacation. Our children enjoyed using the available fishing poles and pool toys during our stay. They also enjoyed seeing a manatee come through the canal too. We did a boat rental during our stay and enjoyed the close proximity to the gulf with spending minimal time navigating the canals on our way in/out. The property came well equipped with supplies for our time on the beach including coolers, beach chairs and sand toys. Informational only-the property did not have a pool cage or tiki hut as depicted in the pictures (due to the recent hurricane). This was not an issue for us as we enjoyed the extra sunshine while at the pool and on the dock. We would definitely rent this property again.

This place exceeded our expectations. They have everything you need. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything chef would need! Owners were very responsive with questions. Great location, quiet, safe neighborhood that we walked daily and very friendly and helpful neighbors. We planned an ad hoc Easter vacation to this amazing home and it couldn’t have been more perfect!!! Tom & Stacy we’re far more than accommodating in our request!Everything we needed was offered & more to make our holiday complete. From the paddle boards, to pontoon, to nearby parks & amazing restaurants we truly enjoyed our stay. Each room of the house is fully furnished making the kids stay even more enjoyable!We took advantage of the full sized grill & enjoyed our meals outside watching sunrise/sunsets while listening to the animals nearby. Seeing dolphins, manatees, stingrays and fish made the kids wanting more each day!The heated pool was more than delightful as we swam late into the evenings and enjoyed the large screen tv watching family movies!!This home is located to so many attractions including CC Beach, the best waterpark, mini golfing and even several ice cream shops! We had a great time in Cape Coral. The house was beautiful, spacious and well stocked with everything we could have needed. Pool is heated and over looking the dock and intercoastal water. We saw many manatee, fish and dolphins. Great view of the sun rise and sunset. Fishing poles available for fishing right off the dock. Kayaks and bikes also available. Location was awesome, quick drive to Pine Island restaurants, shops and bars, with an old Florida vibe. We will definitely visit again.

Tom & Stacy house was conveniently located near shops and restaurants.Plenty of room for family ,and friends with 3 bedrooms two baths. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and anything you would want to cook up.The pool area was nice and shaded for those hot sunny days.Outdoor wet bar with a grill, fishing off the dock and as we didn't see any Manatee the neighbors were always quick to tell us lots of information on the waterways.Lovely and relaxing. This beautiful home on the canal is easy access to many hot spots including Matlacha Island, Cabbage Caye and gulf coast access by boat and fun breweries and nightlife just a short drive. We caught fish from the dock, spent evenings enjoying the lanai and the beautiful sunsets. The house is fully furnished with everything you need, linens, beach towels, laundry, even fishing poles. We enjoyed nearby restaurants and the grocery store is close too. We cooked at home and ate out on the lanai. Played games, listened to music and laughed into the wee hours.A memorable stay at a beautiful oasis - we will definitely be back!
