Enjoy Crystal Beach in style. Fun and coastal atmosphere at "Skipper's Escape" on Shirah Street in Destin! Take full advantage of the sparkling clean private pool, large cabana and carriage house, fully stocked kitchen and other excellent amenities for your home away from home while on vacation! Oh, and did we mention you're just 3 houses back from the beach access? Convenience and location are a MUST!

Upon entry into the main house, guests will find a well appointed living room with a 55" plasma screen TV, cozy furniture and you can let the sweeping Florida breezes blow through your front door. The open floor plan leads to a fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen, dining seating for 8 guests, a breakfast nook table for 2 and 2 additional built in bar seats. On the first floor of the main house, there are sleeping arrangement for 4. The oversized sectional sofa in the living room converts to a sleeper, queen sized, for 2 guests. There is also a King Suite with Private Bath and dedicated porch access on this floor. Extra spacious and convenient for the very best first impressions!

On the second floor of the main house, sleeping arrangements include: Master King Suite with Private Bath (jacuzzi tub and private balcony access with gulf views) and a queen sleeper sofa for the kids, a Queen bedroom with private bath and private porch/balcony access, and a bunk room with a twin/full bunk. The bunkroom uses a full bathroom in the hallway.

Up on the third floor, guests get the ultimate gulf views through the loft with two separate decks/balconies for sipping your morning coffee or sipping an evening cocktail.

As you venture across the courtyard area and around the pool, enter the carriage house for additional sleeping arrangements for 6. Crash for the night in either the King bedroom or the bunk area with 1 full/full bunks. Both bedrooms use the full bathroom in the carriage house. What's even better is the kitchenette with full refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, large wall mounted TV and bar sink.

Beach Towels are available for rent at this home, which means you don't have to pack them! Limit of 4 Packs of 5 Towels MAX per Reservation for $20 per Stay. Guests Must Wash and Leave at Property Upon Departure. Additional Charges Will Be Assessed for Stolen or Lost Towels.

BEACH CHAIR SERVICE: Complimentary beach service is offered for guests of this property at the Crystal Port East access just up the street! VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

POOL HEAT: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Weddings and Events– All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations. Weddings/Events held on the beach in coordination with a stay at this home must obtain the separate permit through Okaloosa county in addition to the $750 Beach Reunion event fee.

BEACH ACCESS: The beach access for this property is just at the end of the street, a short 5 minute walk!

This property rents Saturday to Saturday Only during Spring Break and Summer; No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*

PARKING: Strict 5 car parking policy. If you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office.**

*Pets Are Permitted: $400/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*

Crystal Beach is one of the most popular in Destin vacation beach rental neighborhoods. Crystal Beach is an approximately 300-ft. stretch of white sandy beach highlighted by the backdrop of cozy cottages and high-rise vacation homes. It is located directly on Scenic Hwy 98 or 'Old 98' as known by locals.

Known for its adorable beach cottages in a rainbow of pastels, this portion of Destin is probably the most sought after vacation location in Okaloosa County.
