Livingroom has a comfy couch, sofa and large flat screen tv with cable and WIFI. For those hot days, you can choose from air conditioning and/or ceiling fans.
Recent updates include: stainless steel appliances, new kitchen countertop, live-edge wood kitchen bar area, pot lights, new ceiling fans, rattan dining set, brand new king-size mattress, new linens, home-office desk with a spare computer screen, high-speed WiFi and a fresh coat of paint. Dunedin’s best location for watching dolphins and easy access to Honeymoon Island State Park! All guests at Dolphin Pointe have access to one parking spot, a waterfront heated swimming pool, picnic and BBQ grilling area, laundry room with new machines, on-site bike lock-up area, fishing pier/large dock, kayak and paddle board launch area, clubhouse with a billiards and ping pong table and library. The condo is small, quiet, has 3 levels with an elevator and the residents are super friendly!
This condo is in an ideal location! It is only a few blocks away from the two-mile beachfront causeway which leads to Honeymoon Island State Park with four more miles of beaches. If you like longer bike rides and walking, the Pinellas Trail (50-mile flat rail trail) is within walking distance. Also a short walk away is Publix grocery store, Walgreens pharmacy, dollar store, banks, restaurants, bars, a gym, bike rental shop, fishing live-bait, marina, paddleboard and kayak rentals, the Dunedin Golf Course, driving range, and the Jolley Trolley bus.
If you want to go to downtown Dunedin, it's only 2 miles away (15 minutes by bike). There you can enjoy weekly festivals, parades, a Farmer's Market, wine walks, more shopping, dining, live music, over 10 craft breweries, a pier, boat marina and more! Also close by you can visit Honeymoon Island, Dunedin's Community Center with pickleball courts, Countryside Mall, the Dunedin Stadium for Blue Jays' Spring training. Clearwater Beach is only 20 minutes away and the Tampa Airport is 40 minutes away.

About the owner: My wife and I are from Vancouver, Canada. Our family has owned this condo for over 30 years. We recently gave the condo a fresh new reno for our guests to enjoy!
We have two grown kids who love it down here and we have enjoyed many memorable Christmas' here. We try to come down to this warm part of the world at least once a year to escape our rainy cold winters. We really enjoy the sunset views and mornings on the waterfront balcony. During the day we'll go kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding, swimming, biking and walking the causeway. So much to do all within walking distance.
Why this property? This is likely the best property in the building, in terms of views and privacy. Top floor, corner unit with Western sunset views. So many amenities close by that you almost don't need a car. So much is within walking and biking distance.
