We sold that in 2021 and now are offering this beautiful 3Br 3 Bth southwest corner unit at Beach Colony on Navarre Beach. Give us a try for the same personal service you are use to and to SAVE !
Located between Destin and Pensacola, Navarre Beach has the beautiful white beaches without the crowds. It is only a three mile stretch of beach that sits between the Gulf Islands National Seashore on the west and Eglin Air Force Base land on the east. It is a classic barrier island beach that is still unspoiled by commercial development. While primarily residential, it is less than 30 minutes away to Pensacola or the Fort Walton and Destin area.
There are miles of scenic bike trails accessed right across the street. This quiet and peaceful area is truly a hidden jewel of the Gulf Coast. Beach Colony Resort is a short walk to the Navarre Beach Pier and the Navarre Beach Science Station. There is also the Navarre Beach Gulf Snorkel Reef for you to get an up-close glimpse of amazing marine life.
Our Non-Smoking condo is Gulf-front where the beach and ocean are only steps away. It is located on the second floor (3rd Level up) overlooking the ocean. It is professionally decorated and nicely appointed and furnished. The condo is over 1700 sq ft and has nine-foot ceilings and doors opening from both the living space and master bedroom onto the balcony. While sitting on the private balcony, you will enjoy privacy and stunning views of the ocean, beach and surf and close enough to the largest pool on Navarre Beach to check on your children.!
If you've never been to Navarre Beach, there are two moments you will remember upon arrival. 1) Crossing over the Sound Bridge the first time seeing the ocean and 2) walking out on our balcony for the first time! It is just breathtaking.
The large master bedroom has a king-size bed and a whirlpool tub in the private bath. The condo will sleep 6 comfortably. Two other newly decorated bedrooms have queen size beds and private bathrooms. There are ample linens and closet space for everyone. The kitchen has lots of cabinets and is equipped with everything you will need to make you feel right at home, whether your stay is two weeks or two months..
We also supply beach service that includes 2 chaise lounges and an umbrella set up for our guests each day at 8am and taken down at 5pm, from March - October.
Our complex offers an array of amenities including a fitness facility, outdoor charcoal grills with picnic area, two clay tennis courts and a shuffleboard court. There is a beach boardwalk with ramps at both ends. Perfect for wagons and beach carts, as well as accessibility for the elderly or very young..
During the Spring, Summer and early Fall we limit our bookings to 7 or 14 day rentals from Saturday to Saturday.
Before your arrival and during your stay I can always be reached by email or cell phone to attend to your questions or needs. We usually respond within the hour.
I personally manage this unit. So each guest receives honest, personal and rapid service for whatever they need, from me. I have cleaning service, maintenance service, appliance service people in Navarre that respond usually the same or next day to any issues that may come up. (Usually none do because we keep the condo in great shape to begin with.) But you never know and you don’t want to be dealing with a “condo issue” or slow service to fix something in the condo on your vacation.!
Over the years most of our guests have become "regulars" and come back to stay with their families year after year. We have been able to keep up with their families as the kids have grown up and have kept in touch through the years.

The beachfront was gorgeous and a short walk from condo.Found some nice sea shells. Condo has lovely layout and decor and is well maintained. We couldn't ask for a better beach vacation!

Our family had a great time staying at your "Against the Wind" condo, August 24-31, 2024. We loved the condo!! We had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their time in the condo. The condo had all the luxuries of home. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony was the BEST!! We enjoyed our morning breakfasts, our after-dinner drinks, dolphin watching, people watching, and looking for the best beach spot for our beach setup. This was our first visit to Navarre Beach and Doug was very helpful with places to eat. A definite return to this condo is in our future. Thank you Doug and family for allowing us the pleasure of staying at your "Piece of Heaven" for a week. The best week ever according to our family.

Our family loved staying at your beautifully decorated condo! It had all the amenities of home and more. The room setups, each with their own bathroom was perfect! The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony was the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and soak in the amazing view! Doug was so easy to work with and his hospitality was like no other that we have experienced. We are looking forward to visiting Navarre and staying at "Against the Wind" again in the future.

The condo was amazing, exactly as described to us and as the photos showed~ It was clean, very well stocked and the balcony was huge and the view notch ️ Easy access on the 3rd floor and such great communication from the owner always!! So very helpful on all levels. Our family made such great memories and we hope to return again to this Condo in Navarre~ The beach is beautiful and the water was so blue and clear all week. We enjoyed the fireworks off the pier July 4th……. Amazing! Five stars from our family for sure! Susan C.
