Luxury home with fabulous view overlooking 16th tee of Championship Mustang Golf Course and lake . This deluxe, family home offers an open floor plan with kitchen, breakfast dining area, separate dining room, and living room with sliding doors opening out onto the large screened lanai with large (30 foot by 15 foot) heated pool with spa. The lanai has a large cast iron table and seating for eight people to enjoy outside dining.
The master bedroom suite, which also has sliding doors onto the lanai, features a king-size bed, dresser, mule chest with TV, two walk-in closets with mirror doors and bathroom with large oval tub, two vanity units, and large, fully-tiled, separate shower.
There are two guest bedrooms; one with queen-size bed and walk-in closet; the other with twin beds and direct access to the pool shower room with twin vanity units and fully-tiled shower. The den has a queen size sleeper sofa.
Lely Resort is a fabulous resort for golfers with 36 challenging holes on your doorstep. The Mustang Course, designed by Lee Trent Jones, is over 7100 yards long whilst the Flamingo Island course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, was hailed as 'America's Best' by Golfweek Magazine and received four stars from Golf Digest. Golf aside, there is plenty to do at Lely Resort, Naples - do come and enjoy the best that Florida has to offer!

About the owner: We are an English couple who fell in love with Naples when we visited in 2004. We bought our plot in 2004 and completed on our home in November 2005. We love our regular visits to Naples and Lely Resort and as we are recently retired we plan to spend more time at our lovely vacation home, sometimes accompanied by our grown up children who have grown up over the years we have owned our home.
Why this property? We chose this plot because of its position overlooking the lake and the golf course. We love to watch people teeing off from the 16th hole of the Mustang golf course - though it's a short hole, the golfers have to drive right over the lake in order to reach the hole; many don't make it!
Sunset sitting on the lanai with a cold drink in hand makes a perfect end to a day spent at our home. We hope to enjoy many more days here in the years to come.

We booked a 3-month stay to get out of cold Wisconsin and couldn’t have been more pleased with our time in Naples. Debbie was a perfect host and even when we had an issue with the pool, it was fixed the same day! We loved the views from the lanai and enjoyed the golfers teeing off from the hole right behind the lanai. A couple of highlights were a pair of eagles who “fished” in the pond right behind the house - we saw one of them swoop down, grab a fish and take off with it in their claws. What a sight! On another day, there was about an 8’ alligator just swimming slowly around the pond. Never saw him again so not quite sure why the one-day visit. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we will be back next year! Thanks Debbie, for everything.

Marla W.Lovely home in Lely Resort
The home in Mustang Island was a perfect location.right on the 16th hole of Mustang golf course our land was beautiful and relaxing. The gated community is located right in the heart of Lely Resort Players club which has a large pool complex and 16 tennis courts is convenient and a welcome amenity. The home is nicely furnished with high speed internet and cable tv. Debbie and her house manager were very easy to work with and very responsive. The lanai with pool and spa , and outdoor dining table, made it easy and fun to enjoy our evenings outdoors. The den with a full desk was a great bonus. Lots of large closets to hold everything.Bicycles and outdoor sports equipment were all included. We would have loved to rent this home again next year but some lucky tenants beat us to it. Hope to stay again in the future

The home is in a beautiful gated community which is close to shopping and restaurants. It is wonderfully equipped for an extended stay with everything you'd need for a Florida vacation. The kitchen was well equipped and had more than enough of everything to host a dinner party. It has a beautiful lanai and pool overlooking a pond and golf course. The owners were extremely easy and pleasant to deal with making for a stress free rental experience. They have gone above and beyond to ensure their home meets and exceeds guest's expectations. We've already requested to rent again next year!

What's not to love?? This home has everything you need to enjoy yourself completely while visiting SWFL. Debbie and Ian (the owners) were very responsive when we reached out to them. Kitchen is stocked so go ahead and invite your friends! Beautiful covered lanai boasting plenty of seating. Clubhouse, which is a terrific addition to your lease, has plenty of things to keep you occupied including restaurants and pools, pickleball and tennis courts and a gym. We have been seasonal renters in the Naples area for the past few years. This was by far the best rental yet.
