At the end of 5th Avenue, you will also find the beautiful, miles-long beach with an impressive pier that brings the sunset to life each evening. The airports of Ft. Myers (30 mins) and Miami (2 hrs) are also easy and quick to reach.
Community Pool
The Crown Pointe Community Pool is located at the Clubhouse next to the Lake. Lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas and outside shower are provided. The pool is heated, maintained seven days a week and open from dawn until dusk.
Fitness Center
A fully equipped state of the art Fitness Center is maintained at the Clubhouse for use. Within the facility is a sauna, men’s locker room and women’s locker room both equipped with showers.

We (two couples) stayed in this comfortable house in May/June 2024 and were very happy with it. It provided everything that we needed, especially the kitchen was very well equipped. The house offers a nice pool area with a view of the lake in this quiet community, it was very relaxing watching birds, jumping fish and occasionally the alligator swimming by. It should also be pointed out that the house was extremely well cleaned and very small issues (like a big car already parked in the garage) were quickly dealt with. Easy and professional booking as always with the Bienneks. The location is optimal for getting to downtown Naples and supermarket shopping is close by.

Wir haben 3 Wochen in der Villa Crown Pointe verbracht und können von dem Haus und der Lage nur schwärmen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann die Zeit einfach genießen. Die Hausverwaltung vor Ort ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Der Lowdermilk- Park und Naples sind schnell zu erreichen, Supermarkt ist um die Ecke und auch alles andere was man braucht. Wir würden die Villa Crwon Pointe jederzeit über erneut mieten.

Great way to spend snowy weather!!! Sunshine , palm trees, our own private pool and lots of room to call home!! Perfect arrangement with guest rooms on further side of house. Location very convenient to Naples attractions!
