The townhouse was well equipped with everything we needed! Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon to transport everything to the beach. Great location! The townhouse was within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shops and bars. The beach was very close and easy to get to without having to cross any busy streets. The layout of the house was great and the owner was very easy to communicate with.

I spent two nights at this place and I really enjoyed it! Everything was clean, washed and neat. All appliances were in working order and clean. It’s located very close to the beach and there is a common swimming pool next to it. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! The location is perfect. The condo is spacious, clean and close to so much. It's a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. We loved that there were so many things to do and so many places to walk. We enjoyed the pool before and after going to the beach. There are great local outdoor restaurants and bars that are walkable. There is also the Villages that has many restaurants and bars that was easy to get to using all the free rides available. The host was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this condo.

The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was so nice to have beach towels, chairs, and sand toys provided. The location is perfect. It's a very short walk to the beach. Some restaurants are also in walking distance. The entire experience was wonderful. We will definitely come back.

This condo was perfect for our 4th of July vacation on Siesta Key! It is super well located and well appointed. First the location and convenience: We could walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes on a private path every morning, and we used the heated pool in the courtyard in the afternoons to relax. Then we would walk back to the beach for sunset! We also loved being within walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Second is the place itself: The layout of the unit is excellent with different levels that allow it to feel private and spacious. It is well decorated and furnished. I give the cleanliness 5 stars. It was spotless, and even the toilet paper rolls were folded for decoration when we arrived! It is surprisingly quiet for being so close to the action. We will definitely be back!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! Whether looking for a quiet, relaxing time away, or jazzing it up with some nightlife, this is THE perfect location! Condo is spacious and clean. You can quietly relax with a book by the pool in the complex or take a short walk down to the white sand beach of Siesta Key. Restaurants are a short walk away and if looking for a bit more, a short ride to the Village will not disappoint for shopping, dining or cocktails.

We stay here every year and absolutely love this place! the condo is always well maintained, clean, has all the amenities you would expect (cable, internet/wifi, etc.,) and is super spacious for a large family. Love that it has a private pool, always well maintained and kept clean; but the best part of staying in this condo is the location -- only a 5 min walk to crescent beach and within walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants. Also, area is away from the downtown/village crazyness which is a plus for us. Can't beat the location and the homey lived-in feel of this condo. Highly recommend!
