The home is super clean, renovated and perfect to bring your four legged companion, man's best friend! The home is the perfect size, about 1500+ square feet with a great room living room area, full size breakfast bar/kitchen island that seats four comfortably, and dining table in the sunroom that accommodates 6 ppl, and outdoor dining under the Tiki hut plenty of room for the entire family! Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, and VERY CLEAN, warm and inviting with everything you'll need, including soft linens, comfortable beds, throw blankets, etc. to make you feel at home.. The home is tastefully decorated with artwork from local artists, tropical Florida style.
There are 4 SMART TVs to stream your favorite shows and of course and high speed WiFi! The home comes with all you need for a relaxing vacation including beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and even bikes. The home has a fully equipped kitchen to entertain your guests or family members including refrigerator and ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, mixer, pots & pans, dishes and glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, washer and dryer, etc. Located in the popular Cape Coral yacht club area is very pedestrian friendly great for walking your dog and biking! The large front yard and backyard(fully fenced) to accommodate your pets and has a Weber BBQ gas grill to enjoy the outdoors too! Laundry area with a full sized clothes Washer and Dryer, and even an iron and ironing board.
Fully equipped with central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans in most all of the rooms. The Master Bedroom boasts a comfortable KING sized bed and private bathroom with Shower, and closet. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. There is also a huge sectional sofa with thtee recliners in the living room with extra pillows and linens so home sleeps 6 comfortably, plenty of room for guests. There is even a large driveway to park your cars. You can fish off the dock in the gulf access canal in your backyard where catfish, snapper, redfish and even a tarpon have been caught, or relax on the lounge chairs and read a good book!
The location is what makes it truly special, just a few minutes idle to the Caloosahatchee river our inter coastal waterway and just over the Cape Coral Bridge to Fort Myers and the beautiful gulf beaches! The home is comfortable and nestled in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by beautiful canal front single family homes around the corner from multi million dollar riverfront estates. Walking distance or quick Uber ride to several restaurants that provide outdoor dining and live entertainment like Tiki Bar, Monkey Bar, Wow wings, Jungle Bird, Titos, Nice Guys Pizza, Iguana Mia, Rusty's, Backstreets, Hooked island Grill, Sage, Two Meatballs in the kitchen, Ralphs Place Cigar bar, Coffee shops and ice cream shoppes or fast food like China Express, Culvers, and McDonalds. Several waterfront parks within minutes where you can enjoy kayaking or Stand-up paddle boarding. Also boat rentals available at the nearby Marinas.
Although there is no pool on site, the Sunsplash Family Waterpark is just a few minutes away, along with the yacht club beach and the beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel Island just 20-30 minutes away. Many waterfront restaurants close by like Bimini Basin, Slipaway food truck park, Pinchers seafood, Rum Runners, Fathoms, Marker 92, Monarcos, Deep lagoon and the Naughty Mermaid!

This property was a perfect for a mother-daughter get-away. The beds were comfy, the house was clean, well furnished and close to stores, beach access and provided everything we needed at the beach. Jay even provided home baked cookies and bottle water.

Jill T.Perfect location! Wonderful, quaint and quiet getaway! Perfect for families.
We were looking for a place close to all Cape Coral had to offer in the Yacht Club area where we could ride bikes or walk to dinner or the beach. Villa Eileen was perfect! All we had to bring were our clothes and a toothbrush! Anything we needed Jay was there to instantly to help (from dinner suggestions to help understanding the tide changes). Very clean and well kept. We are hoping to go back again next year!
